the fact that they had a indoor pool and hot tub and close to out destination for snowboarding
wish the walk in the winter to get to pool and game room was a covered one but overall it was a great weekend
Location and value were excellent. Access to the Royalty Fitness center and pool is a big plus for a family with children. Room not fancy but clean and comfortable with WiFi and full cable access. Friendly staff.
You need to leave the hotel to get to the pool. On a cold winter day, could be a little inconvenient but the pool facility has a very nice locker room.
The beds were old and my feet were higher than my head so I had to sleep backwards in the bed. The rest of the place was wonderful though!
The helpfulness of the staff, the hot tub, the spacious room, great location near mountains
We came with low expectations, not knowing what we were going to get. We were amazed at the quality we found - king-sized beds, large room, table and chairs, microwave and fridge. The staff was excellent to deal with, there is the pool and hot tub (great after a day of skiing), and the price was better than anything else we looked at. I would gladly stay here again!
It would be a little nicer if the pool was in the same building as the rooms.
The pool, hot tub and sauna were very nice.
Got two wake up calls l didn't order at 6:00 am!
The staff was friendly and the room was clean and located near many restaurants.
Ok. Like everybody before me has said already, the beds are a bit too firm....Now that being said, they weren't like sleeping on plywood either. Just comfortable very firm mattresses. Plus lack of coffee maker sort of puts a frown on your face. Neither of these negatives should deter you from staying here
That indoor pool area is tooooooooooooooooooo hot for bystanders
The indoor pool and i couldnt get my cooler to work. And i needed a full kitchen and was not told it was same . Hmmprice as the rest hat
Stayed here many times. I like no surprises. Very clean. The maid service was great and anticipated that we had three people. The towels were set up for just two and I could see they added a set without being asked. When our son was young, it was great to have the indoor pool for him. Very nice pool and hot tub.
Nothing. Oh, I guess if I had to search for a problem, the morning coffee in the lobby often runs out. They really need a 64-cup carafe. It would cost next to nothing and make it easier for everyone. But I honestly always bring a little coffee maker with me everywhere I go. I must have coffee!
The beds were very uncomfortable. The hotel had overbooked our queen room so we had to switch to a double bed for the second night. The pool area is not connected to the inn. Too cold to walk there in the winter! It definitely did not give the feeling of royalty.
Excellent meal a local restaurant 'J'.
The restaurant, supposed to be part of the facilities, was closed.
We had a medical emergency back at home and needed to leave a day early and they wouldn't refund us for that night. Needless to say I'm sure that other places would have.
Convenient, clean and affordable, pool and hot tub!
It had a health club pass that we didn't use. It was close to Dunkin' Donuts & other such places, and it was within walking distance of Mr. Pizza (good family restaurant with good food at good prices.
It seemed overpriced for what it was, but the facilities were fine and it did have a health club pass which meant sauna, hot tub (in winter a good thing, even if we didn't use).
Very weathered room
Health club was great. Room was quiet and private.
There was no breakfast; just coffee.
I liked the indoor pool, location and staff
The beds were not comfortable and the room was shabby and cold. No coffeemaker in the room either.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Compared to other hotels the price was great.
The bed was old and so uncomfortable and no extra pillows and could have used a coffee maker.
Bed is a little too firm for us old folks
Location and Whirlpool
Our Room was too smal very clairaudient,Restaurant was closed.
Royalty is a clean, comfortable inn at a very good location for all season activities. The staff is very good and the free access to the Health club is a big plus.
Especially clean, neat; convenient parking and access to room. Courtious and efficient reception. Room has TV, refrig and microwave. Nice setup with sink in bath and sink vanity outside
This is not a serious issue, but it would be nice to have a coffee maker in room.
*Availability to pool for exercise. *close to family living in area
The restaurant next to the hotel is OK but the TexMex theme is not that great
Clean, no fuss, nice pool area.
Rooms are a bit dated, bed wasn't the most comfortable. Sauna was not hot and kind of dirty.
I choose this motel due to the customer reviews and the online photos. The few poor reviews had me wondering but I choose to believe the majority. Upon our arrival we were told our room was in the back one story building. I was shocked and disgusted when I opened the door. As we had traveled in during a blizzard and extra travel hours my husband asked me to just accept it and move on. The room was the size of a shoe box, the mattress sagged in the middle, the box spring was the old gray striped and filthy and the room was so small we were tripping over each other. When we checked out the next morning I asked the desk clerk if the main inn was full the prior night and was told "NO". I inquired as to why we were put out back and was told "you should have asked for that a room here." I thought I did when I booked the hotel from what I saw online. I suspect the negative reviews are because other guests were placed in unsatisfactory rooms as us. If you choose this hotel ask to see the room first. It may save you from a horrible experience that we had!
