I was there for A 4 day convention at the sheraton so really I only was in hotel for sleeping etc.

breakfast could have been alittle better.

Clean, comortable, great location & great price.

Stayed two nights. Housekeeping did not restock coffee, so I did not have coffee in my room on the second morning. Also needed more tissues and was cutting it close on toilet paper.

Housekeeping coming into the room unannounced very early on a Saturday morning. Morning front desk staff not very helpful.

The staff... especially Jermiah was delightful and so helpful. The accomidations we great, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The coffee was even good.

The hotel room was roomy and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was not that great.

Doors in room and hall ways needed updated. Some of the doors looked very battered, which distracted from the rest of the room and hall ways.

Very clean, comfortable, and pleasantly pleasing. Superb morning breakfast and coffee all day was great. the price for the accommodations was just fantastic.

The look both inside and outside, was very clean and fresh. Staff was great and the price was even better!

Clerk gave us a $20 discount because there was no hit water. Comfortable, safe place.

A lot of folks showered at the same time and there was no hot water.

Staff was extremely nice and accomodating.

I had some problems with the reservation. The hotel did not receive the reservation due to some problems with their fax machine. I feel that booking.com should have reached out to the hotel via the phone to report that the fax did not go through. It resulted in a 30 minute wait for me in the lobby. I was extremely tired upon my arrival already and the delay did not help. I was also disappointed to learn that my rate for the room was $10 higher than the standard rate available at the hotel. I am not so sure that I will be using booking.com in the future.

Convenient location. Clean. Appreciate having a sofa, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker in room.

Could use some cosmetic updates. Carpet in halls stained. Doors scratched.

We stayed 10 days and ate a free hot breakfast there everyday. Just that savings alone was worth paying a little bit extra instead of staying at a cheaper place and having to eat out every day. Having a mini fridge and microwave was nice also. The room was comfortable. We stayed in a double queen and it had plenty of room for a little sofa with coffee table. It was nice not having to find a place to do our laundry. I used the washer and dryer twice while I was there.

We had a wonderful stay there. My only recommendation is if they had a little better seating while waiting for the laundry. The wooden benches that are in the gym had no backrest and they were not very comfortable for long waiting. Not that big of a deal though.
