Bed broke on the first night. Shower head needed cleaning only a slight stream of water. Staff always leaving the office so you could not get ahold of anyone.
Rustic setting, very comfortable, rooms. The hot water was the best.
would like additional parking, otherwise, my stay was very nice
TV was to small, blanket was dirty, could hear all noises from out side, kitchen was very hard to work in. Cabin had Cobb webs and was very dusty. I had to clean the large window so we could see out.
The cabin was immaculate.
The cabin was much smaller than described. There was no place to put our clothes. We had to keep them in our suitcases. The heater did not work. There was no one on premises to complain about the noise. Water pressure in the shower was terrible.
We stayed there and booked a luxury cabin for four nights. We left on the third night. The rooms were tiny and the furnishings very uncomfortable. I'm not sure what was considered a luxury.
This is one of the most uncomfortable places we have ever stayed. The pictures on their web site are not a true picture of what you actually get. The young man was courteous when we checked in, but the "lady" at checkout was rude and very curt when we asked for change for a twenty for the maid's tip. &Quot; We don't keep that kind of money here". Poor maid did not get her tip. Outdoor furniture is a joke. My back is still sore from those tacky Adirondack chairs. Inside is something else. No place to sit except for a dressing bench at the foot of the bed. Can't watch tv in bed due to the location of the ac which is just above the pillows. Windows are sealed tight so no fresh air option. No ice tray in fridge. Horrible rollup shades which did not roll all the way down. I cloud probably add a few more things, but I hope you get the message. Stay away from this dump!
there was no maid service at all. cottage was the size of a large closet. it wasn't a cottage it was a duplex with neighbor slamming door all night I would recommend on basis of getting larger cabin
Comfortable bed, coffee and small fridge in room. Clean,
Ants came in through window, toilet seat was completely broken off and toilet was loose at the bottom as well, too much money 60.00 room tops even for the area.
I liked the location it was in, close to shopping and restaurants. The cabin was clean and we'll taken care of.
The bumpy bedroom bed, the sofa bed was hard as well could feel the metal underneath, neither bed was comfortable. I really thought the cabin was going to be bigger stating it had two beds.
loved the kitchen to store food and cook. loved the deck and lawn chairs. loved parking 2 steps from the stairs. very close to downtown and a grocery store across the street!
slight odor of gas late in the day both days.
The cabin we stayed in was too close to the main road, vehicle traffic noise was too loud. Not much you can do about that. i would consider staying there again but only if we could get a cabin further back in from the road.
everything-this is our second stay and the bed was very comfortable.
needs a chest of drawers for clothes storage.
Don't rent unit 21- it is 6 feet from the busiest road in town. Beds are terrible
The air conditioner is placed right by the head of the bed which makes it uncomfortable to enjoy while trying to sleep.
convenient to town. rustic but comfy - just like a mountain cabin should be. Welcomed my dog. friendly staff with great restaurant recommendations.
Extremely small, cramped room. Unable to open window. A window air conditioner located right next to pillows on bed.
The cabins were located in the cozy atmosphere of the high country weather with an old fashion cabins of yester-years.
Apache cabins were very easy to find. Great Location.
We had a "deluxe" cabin. The bedroom was so tiny that there was about 8" at the foot of the bed to exit the room if you were the person on the other side of the door. I thought the price didn't match the accomodations - a little spendy.
It was in town but off the Main Street. We conveniently walked to a restaurant for dinner. The spacious cabin was all wood and cozy. The shower stall was modern and very clean.
There was not enough surface space for our stuff. The room had one king size bed and there was only one small night stand. The small television was mounted high off the wall and was too far away from the chair or bed for easy viewing. Also the tv screen was dark and tinted orange. On Friday morning at 5:00am we were awakened by a loud garbage truck that passed by our cabin to go to the back of the property.
Bed was not comfortable.
Extremely clean and comfortable
The cabins were cozy, but we had to upgrade because the original cabin was a half-cabin. Extremely small.
Beds were too soft, and I thought the price was a little high for what we got. I expected more for that price. Oh, and bad plumbing. Water out of the faucet would rattle and shake.
I loved the scenery, especially in the morning standing on the porch. The room was clean and a home feeling to it.
Cant think of much to complain about except maybe the wifi connection was weak and dropped constantly for me in room 18. Other than that, it was a great experience thank you.
