Super 8 Ruidoso  

We were very pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the rooms were. A friend has stayed there many times and recommended the motel to us. We will certainly stay there again.

there was nothing that we did not like.

Rooms are just there, beds are too soft and pillows are flat. walls are paper thin hear everything. I mean everything, at 7:30 a.m. can hear doors being slanmed shut. and the carts rolling down the hall, voices carrying down the hall. No respect for people sleeping.

Not a thing!

Room what dirty. Sheets had holes in them. Bed was nasty and uncomfortable. Room was small and dirty. Bathroom was gross to say the least. Had to cut my vacation short because we didn't want to stay there another night. Just plain nasty worse hotel I ever stayed at and the worse part is the clerk refused to refund my last night, what bull*****.

Absolutly did not! Checked in & out in about 10min. Ice machine did not work, we were instructed to walk to the other side of the building for ice. Room was 4 steps below the ground level, small & dreary, Outside the entrance we had to use, a decrepid looking vehicle was parked at the entance, Right there, could not have avoided him. Occupant sitting in car smoking, bottle in other hand, appearred to be alcohol. Other inoperable vechile near by, propped up on concrete blocks. No other vehicles were noted at the place. We felt very insecure about staying there or leaving our truck in the parking lot. We are recently retired & want to feel that we can book our stay without problems as we plan to travel & use Booking .com. This was a horrible experience. We were able to find a much more suitable & safe place to stay. Of course it was more expensive, at that point I would have paid almost anything to get away from Super 8. The attendant was not understanding at all after I explained why we would not stay there, informed us that we would have to pay for at the very least 1 night we were booked for 2. I do not feel this if fair, the photo on your site totally misrepresented the room. Looked like an updated, clean, larger room. We would never agree to stay a night there.

Rooms were outdated. When we arrived the room on the first night was not clean at all! The floor had not been vacuumed, the sink was dirty in bathroom. The beds needs to be replaced as well as the threadbaren sheets and lumpy mattress pad! Not a very nice experience.

Had a smaller bed then reserved and the bathroom sink and shower were so short no way to wash hair

Price and convince

The guests upstairs who stomped on the floors all night and all day long.

I did not care for anything about this motel.

I found food in the microwave from the previous occupants, our room never received maid service, the switch on the coffee maker was broken with exposed wires; it not only did not work but was a safety hazard. When my wife mentioned the problems she was told we would receive a $20 discount on the total stay and there were way too many excuses for such nonsense. Not only did I not get the discount, my card was charged double. I now have to go through the dispute process to receive my credit. I would not recommend staying in this motel.

Decent price and great location.

The air conditioner filter was sprayed with some sort of scent, rather than being changed. It causes my allergies to flare up...The room was not very clean. Hair in the shower.

there was A soft spot in the floor next to the bed we were worried it might go through. water pressure in the shower was poor. breakfast area very small and crowded.

I cannot climb many stairs and mentioned that to the staff. They put us on the third floor and they have no elevator. We asked for another room and were given a much smaller, cramped room.

The breakfast needs to have more items and a larger space.

The price was good along with its location.

The staff is causing problem with my credit cards I was charged twice for one night. When confronted on it they said I never stayed there and a man is who checked out of my room. For one it was a all girls weekend so where did this man come from. They are very shady people.

Third floor accomodation with no elevators. Furniture and bed needing replacement
