Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Had an amazing stay.
Pet convenient. Off the strip. Quite.
Dirty. Filthy. In need of repair. Lipstick on a pig. Bathroom fixtures loose and dirty. Green mold in shower. Bathtub unusable.
The hotel is perfect if you'd like to stay off the strip and away from casinos.
It's laud in the morning as it's very close to the airport.
Staff was very attentive. Room clean and very stylish. Just a approx. $10.00 cab ride to strip.
Would be nice if they had coffee makers in rooms. Also shower caps as they have rain showers.
I really enjoyed everything. They do have the fastest wifi I've tried in a hotel. The breakfast was ok I wish it was a but larger portion for the price. But I'd stay again for sure.
The place could use a good cleaning. The grounds were littered with cigarettes. our room was saturated in smoke smell and I know I booked a non-smoking room.
Great place , off the strip, for that get away.
Loves the shower and the bed!
Could hear planes flying by and windows were single pane and the made for low noise control and let the cold in so we had no choice but to use the heater. The heater had a mind of its own. There were also old dirty socks left behind in the closet.
The staff was always smiling and upbeat. Emily at the front desk went above and beyond and made us feel special.
Carts to bring luggage in are falling apart. Restaurant every time we come there is always so slow, takes hour and 15 to hour and half to get food at lunch. We tried twice and it was horrible both times. That is only service area that is bad. Bar service staff great. You need more cooks or restaurant staff because everyone we know complains. Wish you had a gym to work out in.
Was a short walk to Las Vegas boulevard and close to some good restaurants.
First Day - Air Conditioning broken and smelt stale. Subsequently moved to a deluxe suite. Second Day - Changed bedding but was left with bedding that smelt dirty, damp, musty and stale. Informed front desk who acknowledged that is was the second time someone complained about this but were not apologetic about it. They informed me that someone would change it. Lady turned up and proceeded to hand me the linen to do it myself. When I challenged this, the member of staff stated that 'I guess I'll have to do it then'. Not that I cannot do my own sheets but I did not expect to have to change dirty linen whilst paying for a stay. Changed all pillows and linen. Discovered that evening that the bright sparks at the 'hotel' did not even bring a duvet cover and just sandwiched the duvet in between two open sheets! By this time, there were pizza boxes and towels in the hallway of the deluxe apartments. Basically, by this point I had given up attempting to enjoy this hotel as anything other than a bed to sleep in. Clearly the place and staff are not well managed and wished I looked more deeply into this hotel before booking. Please avoid and spend your money on similarly placed chain hotels. We were expecting a unique stay but as others have pointed out, it really is just an upgraded motel. By the third day it was just a place to sleep and front of desk did not even care to ask about how the stay was and just booked me out. A very transactional feel to the place with no real soul or passion. Do not let the picture fool you. When we were booking in, we could over hear one party having booked but no room was reserved for them and another issue with a booking for another patron.
Everything! Did not want to leave my room. The staff was great.
The only positive thing to say bout this place is that they take dogs - although some kennels would have been better for both of us
I arrived for one evening and got to the room - no one answered at the front desk so there were a multitude of trips - fist the remote for the tv was not in the room, then the heat was not working and stuck on 60 degrees when it was 40 degrees outside and no blankets on the bed and it took them til 1:00 a.m. To even find one after being told no one had any keys to housekeeping - I finally left at 5:00 as it was a more positive experience to wait in the airport then to be stuck at this subpar place with no service and not even a blanket - I asked to have a member of management contact me - 3 days later still no reply- this used to be a cute nice kitschy place - now just wrong
Bed was very uncomfortable. Staff attention was very poor. I did not have enough blankets. I requested for some body bring me a tv remote control because the original wasn't working, and nobody came on reasonable time, so I preferred to turn light off and try to sleep. Very bad experience and I will not recommend it to my friends.
Customer service was excellent overall. I loved my stay. I will definitely go back. Best hotel in las Vegas. Trust!
Made service could have been a bit better. Not dirty but not as clean and efficient as possible.
Heater in hot tub not working
My Bed was not made when we arrived. No extra towels, toilet paper.
Loved the decor. Everything was very unique. The limited interaction with the staff was good. Drinks were fairly priced for vegas. Location was still close to everything.
The police had someone in the back of their car at the lobby entrance as we arrived. The room was dusty. We didn't feel comfortable using anything but the bed. The premium suite tub had stains as well as the couch. I wiped dried boogers from the bathroom wall. Truth.
The room was gorrrrrgeous and very clean! And did i mention gorgeous? :) Thanks to the lack of a club or casino in the hotel, the atmosphere around the hotel was very relaxed- not loud and crazy like the strip hotels which was perfect. It was actually so quiet and so beautiful in the courtyard area that we actually talked about how it felt like we were at our own private oasis. The hammocks right outside our room were amazing for lounging around and relaxing in the sun- i actually fell asleep in one of them for 2 hours one day. Napping in a hammock under beautiful palm trees on a perfectly sunny day ( there was even the perfect breeze going by) might actually be one of the best moments of my life to date. The staff, especially Emilio, were all super nice and very helpful with anything we needed. It's located right across from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino so if we wanted to grab something to eat but didn't want to go up to the strip to do so, we were able to just walk right accross the street and have a bunch of dining options readily available to us. (i highly reccomend culinarydropout). Walkable to the strip and inexpenive to cab back to the hotel ($5 to $10).
The soaking tub in our room was not working (i knew the jets weren't functional but when i tried to fill it to soak water was leaking from the cold water handle) The hallway smelled very strongly of marijuana the first night and day we were there. It did not affect our room so we didn't bother to complain but it was pretty potent whenever we left and came back. during that first 24 hours. There was no actual comforter on the bed. We were only cold on the last night we stayed so we didn't bother to call down to see if we could get one sent to the room but it did seem weird to me that there wasn't one already there. We wanted breakfast around 10am one of the days but were informed that breakfast is by room service only; the kitchen doesn't open until 3pm for dining room orders. It's an easy walk to the strip if you are even remotely fit (and are smart enough not to wear heels for it) but it's too far to walk back at night and still feel safe so you'll need a cab (which was only $5 to $10 each night depending how bad traffic was).
Great location, great hotel
Very cute. Comfy. Enjoyed the shower. Always hot water.
No where to plug in phone charger near the bed. Room service closed 1/2 hour early Saturday night.
Nice and quiet hotel. the room is big and clean.
Away from the strip is 20 mins by walk.
That they were "nice" enough to cancel my second night.
Booking.com listed amenities Rumor did not have. Rumor had original cancelled my reservation, when I got there the price was higher than I had anticipated. When I got into my room and didn't see the amenities that had lead me to choose this place I called the front desk to cancel all nights. I was told they could not do it, that I would already be charged for one night. They keep saying that it was to do with their 48 cancellation policy but when I had originally walked in their door my reservation had been cancelled!! The nice bartender was about the only thing I could say good about the place.
Long wait to check in
My room was only 50 ft from where I parked. The ro was clean, and big enough. Nice pool area and small bar. Less privacy than you'd get at one of the bigger casino hotels, there was a party in the room above mine, people on the patio, and it was loud. Thank goodness for ear buds.
Liked staff, liked modern design of rooms,
Grounds were kinda trashy. Trying to get my bags from car to room there wasn't a side walk to get into gates I had to pull my bags through rocks because car was parked in front of gate. Tripped on a rise in the concrete numerous times. Ice machine was broken.
