The bed was comfortable. Loved the leather couch! The SHOWER was incredible.

Having to walk outside to get to different parts of the hotel, like the front door, the bar...

Loved the beds by the pool, the décor.

Airplanes were loud.

The executive chef, Stephen Austin, was amazing!! His food was absolutely delicious. He and his wait staff were professional and great! The bartenders were equally as wonderful and friendly. I also really loved the hotel's décor. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Rumor and would definitely come back.

Our first room. Had an awful view of the roof and AC. Maybe a plant outside the window ;) Marylu, Crystal and the front desk where quick to change our room . LOVED IT!

I like how there was a singer while you eat or have a drink at the bar and the room decor.

The evening staff were very silly and unprofessional. I had a late check in. i was asked to put a additional deposit for the room which wasn't a problem. But I only had cash and it wasn't like they couldn't have just charged me for one nite and the deposit and waited to the morning for me to make a deposit but they had me go to the bank. and they put me in the wrong room not what I paid for when I told them I got put in another room that was also the wrong room. The next morning I was told I would be put in the right room and to come back after 4p I came back and was then told the were completely sold out. It was obviously that I wasn't told the truth. They did nothing to accommodate me.It was my birthday weekend and I chose to stay there and I treated very bad by the nite staff.which ruined my trip.

Style, price, It has the potential of being amazing hotel.

Fire alarm went off 1st morning at 7am I arrived at 5am I was charged a no show fee after I called and let staff to let them know I would arrive late and 1st night had already been paid. I was placed next to pet park, I didn't have a pet gate kept opening and closing. Customer service, did not note account of my calls or try to accommodate my needs.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and when we had our room cleaned the maid service was very fast and efficient.

Wasn't told about the 75 dollar deposit a night until after we were already billed for it and we went down and asked. Also went almost a whole day with no hot water due to a boiler going down.

Not soap in room, poor food, jacuzzi did not work, noise, service poor poor. Worst experience of any hotel I have had way wag overpriced.

Loved the rooms, Great bed! I've never slept better. We were offered an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi in the middle of the room! Very PORN style. Very Las Vegas!

We had to walk a lot to get to our room, the buildings are connected with an outside staircase it can get really cold in the winter! So have a scarf and a THICK jacket.

It was a great experience. I loved my garden tub and the bed was very comfy...

Thought the drinks at the bar were a little over priced. Some guy knocking on my door at 2:30 am saying he had money and was from craigslist???

I loved the soaking tub in the room itself. The room was decorated very nicely and it was a wonderful stay.

Off the strip and not so big you would walk yourself to death before finding the room. Everything was excellent about the room...decor was beautiful....also the bathroom/shower. All staff were very friendly.

My fault...but I did not find a hairdryer. I could see where there might have been one on the wall. At check-out I mentioned that it would be nice to have a hairdryer or state when making the reservation that one was not provided. The receptionist stated that there was one in a little black bag on the shelf under the sink. I'm sorry, but I never noticed/found it. The shelves were dark and it might have been clear to the back...who knows.

It was easy going. Needs refrigerator in room.

Really could do with a drinks facility in the room

I was looking at hotels and viewed deals for a junior suite at the RUMOR. I always read reviews before choosing my room and that's getting to be a confusing process, as there are so many reviews from bad to excellent. I personally can't imagine anyone giving a poor review for the RUMOR because it was everything I could have hoped for. Clean rooms with a modern look, wonderfully comfortable beds. I would go on and on but I actually want to keep this little treasure to myself and if i tell more they may get too popular and i will have a hard time getting a room when i travel to Vegas.

The hot tub wasn't working properly.

I like the design of the interior. It reminded me of a mini version of the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The location was good too.

When I called the front desk for our missing iron or for the missing toiletries which weren't included in our room, it took them too long to bring it to us. Don't think I like having to valet all the time. Wish there was coffee maker in our room or that you served breakfast at the hotel. The pool looks like it is still part of the Best Western. Maybe it is the gate but nice try with the cabanas.

first off and foremost I was suprised when I walked in my room. This hotel is by far one you dont judge a book by its cover. Was way modern and super eclectic the staff was super polite. If your looking for a modern feel with low pricing and a eclectic feel this is definately the place to go to. It will be my place to stay from now on and every trip from here forward when I go to Las Vegas.....give this place 2 generous thumbs up....

It was a very nice and trendy hotel for the price it's most definitely worth it, I've stayed in other hotels for the same price and they have not been close to the quality of this hotel. Would stay there for sure again.

The pool was a bit too crowded and small, it looked very fun but too crowded. There's only a couple of ice machines if you're in one end of the hotel (the front) you have to walk all around the other other buildings or across the pool to get to the ice machine.
