We had a little of an issue in the begining because we booked the room an hour before we got there. They had no email or notification about our reservation although they were accomodating and really lovely about it. The first condo we were sent to was still unmade/cleaned from the previous tenants so they gave us another condo which was lovely! We had the best time and were well upgraded and so very happy with our stay. Our biggest regret was having to leave the next day.

We stayed at one of the houses and loved it. Very bright and comfortable. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The food options need to be improved along with the service at the Restaurant

It was very convienent to stay while attending graduation ceremony at oit. Very clean and comfy. We had two houses across the street from one another and it was vert nice! I would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing stay! When I book online, I got a reservation#, but when I called back the room had not been booked!

It was very convienient, had excellent fitness facilities and hours. Very beautiful. The barbeque did not work properly and it was not clean.

The best place to stay in Klamath County. Easy to drive to in summer weather from Medford airport. Have stayed there twice. Both times were peaceful. Would not stay any other place when visiting near Klamath Falls or Tulelake, CA.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff at reception and provided with keys and accurate information relating to the ranch. The villa was perfect - well-equipped and clean and ample space for the four of us.
