Runway Inn Miami  

My stay at Runway was great and would book a room again with them in the future.The staff was friendly ,the location is fabulous ,the breakfast was pretty good ,my room and bathroom were very clean.

Nothing apart from the location near airport.

Door card lost code every day! (Overused - old) Breakfast was weak. No port shuttle during the week - only over weekends, but not so advertised!!!!! This is why I chose the place as it sounded very convenient! Toilet blocked when we got there - twice. Cigarette smoke smells and bad toilet stence coming into our bathromm from the neighbour - no extraction fan! Managar only shrugged, says it's non-smoking - the whole building..... Cockcroach !! The place should be pulled down.

Everything! Had paid for 3 nights, but stayed only 1 night. Tolite overflowed, hotel is out dated and needs rentivation. For the price, I just didn't fill comfortable.

Vending macines brake down often- coffee machine out of order since january ( when I visited ) nowhere convenient to put utensils in bathrooms under mirror ( rooms 105,107,109)

Close to airport at a reasonable price, with breakfast and transport from and to the airport. Bath with a real shower, no climbing into a bathtub to take a shower.

the cost is affordable, I had missed my plane and was very happy to return to the hotel, the gentleman's smile and words were comforting, I will always return to this hotel.

the odor, of the room, I really didn't know whether the previous guest smoked in the room, because it had a strong smell of smoke, wish there was a restaurant, so meals can be served.

It was kind of retro, classy 50ish but very clean and neat. and comfortable. Everybody was nice and helpful. The air was too cold for us.

Was really old and ran down. Horrible customer service. No elevator. Room didn't seem clean.

The staff, Mr Antonio was very friendly and helpful. The van drivers from the airport were great.

The room was very quiet, it was clean, and the staff were very pleasant. We were very pleased with our overnight stay prior to our departure on a cruise.

There was not anything we did not like.

Rooms could need updating and improvement such as shelving under bathroom mirror for creams etc, and replacement of coffee machine in vending area

Nothing about this place is worth mentioning.

The staff were rude. The toilets didn't work very well. The air conditioning was an over all unit, so you could not control it from your room. It was extremely noisy and extremely cold. It was too far from the main entertainment of South Beach, it cost a great deal of money to go in by taxi every day. There were no decent restaurants near to this accommodation . In fact I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel provided free shuttle to cruise ship port, saving us $40 over the cost of using the cruise line's service! Nice continental breakfast was also free.

Front desk person not very warm or welcoming...could improve his people skills.

I liked the location. It is central to the Airport, to the Beaches, to Downtown, to the Malls and the traffic is reasonable. There are some very cute, cozy, small restaurants around. The shuttle service to the airport is sublime; made me feel safe.

That the hotel was fully booked and that I could stay only 3 of the 5 nights that I was in Miami.

the rooms are disgusting and rough clientel come in, the cops came in at the hotel everynight. also they charge you for a safe security box but when you ask the reception how it works he says i dont recommend you use it because it can permanently lock itself.
