Not enough electrical outlets in the room to charge phones, computers, camera batteries
nice room and a fair price
No sink in bathroom, so you have to use the sink in the kitchen to brush your teeth or shave.
Nice big screen T.V.
We lived that it was pet friendly, but wish there would have been more grassy areas. I was wandering around at 2 am with a pup needing grass.
Our room smelled clean and the kitchen was so nice to have...we took advantage of the full size fridge!
Was advertised that you received continental breakfast. But, all that was available was coffee .
Had to shave at the kitchen sink and the lighting was poor.
Location was perfect and the rooms were nice.
Excellent kitchenette, full fridge, supplied dish liquid and a tea towel, biggest TV we've ever seen in a motel/hotel! It was clean and comfortable and within short walking distance to the town.
The handle on the toilet broke off, my daughter was able to put it back together.
Great to have kitchen supplies!!
Neighbor had not 1 but 5 dogs in the room ! After incessant barking i went to checkin/ reception desk where i was told " they only bark when the owners are away- sorry there is not much i can do ". How about dont rent it people w more than 1 animal ? And alert guests to animals next door before paying and your noise policy after 10 even if its an animal should be adhered to. Sorry not a nice experience.
Very convenient location and off main.
The hotel was close to the downtown life and the room was very clean. Our room was upgraded unexpectedly upon arrival which was awesome!! And if course arches and canyonlands are just right there!
This place is literally one block away from most of the restaurants and shops located in downtown Moab. Can't get much better than that.
The only sink in the room, (not in the bathroom) was unusual for us, but not a problem.
Location: close to the National parks which we visited and almost on the main street in the center of Moab. Good restaurants, pub and grocery stores in walking distance. We enjoyed possibilities to make our own breakfast in the room.
Ease of reservation, comfort, low cost, Kitchen facilities, and laundry
Wifi was very slow
Tha place and surroundings
Found a centipede in the bathtub. Gross!!
Parking was a bit tight. The parking lot would benefit from having spaces painted so people are not taking up too much space.
Great location a block off of Main St.. The largest TV I've every had in a hotel room and a full size refrigerator!
Ample parking, clean rooms and located a block off Main St. Walked to breakfast and dinner and
Clean, great location, walk to restaurants.
Pet allowed. Animal hair is everywhere.
Very nice front desk people, nice house keeping. Great location.
No AAA or senior citizen discounts.
I liked that it was not on a busy highway. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The toilet would not stop running without jiggling the handle. The price was too much - but the other hotels were full. I went to add an extra night and they added a whole new booking. So I had 2 rooms. The cancelled 1 room and waived the cancellation fee - Whatever. No continental breakfast
Nice tv and wi-fi
Room was painted a dark color so light was an issue.
Location was good--quiet street very near center of town. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were in a car accident and rolled our car and trailer 3 times, this is what made our stay at the Rustic Inn necessary. The staff was very understanding of our recent trauma (less than 3 hours) and bent over backwards to help us. We can't thanks them enough.
They didn't have a continental breakfast. However, I wasn't expecting one. That's why I rated the breakfast category so low, though. All they had was coffee and hot chocolate. The beds were of average comfort. No Howard Johnsons, but good enough for what we needed them for and for the price we paid.
I loved that we were within walking distance of so much. We walked to the park, walked to shops, walked to go out to eat, etc. The only time we had to drive was to go to the canyons. I also loved that there was a fridge and microwave in our room. We traveled with 6 kids, so we couldn't afford to go out to eat for every meal. With the fridge and microwave, we were able to buy groceries and save money. They even had plates, cups, bowls and utensils.
