Desert Club Resort  

Perfekt beliggenhed, 15 min gang fra the strip, og alligevel stille. Store, dejlige værelser med absolut veludstyret kønnen/stue, endda vaksemaskine og tørretumbler. Dejlig balkon med bord/stole, hvor rygning var tilladt. I det hele taget meget mere og bedre, end vi havde forventet til en næsten mere end rimeligt billig pris. Kan kun anbefales

The apartment was excellent. Spacious and well equipped Extremely clean. Not on the strip but they ran regular shuttles.

Well, it will be better when it is finished. We were not told that 2 of the 4 pools were not available therefore it was almost impossible to find somewhere to sit and it was always crowded and noisy all the time. The pool is open 24 hours and our apartment overlooked one of the pools. The main pool area is not finished, this is where they will have a food market etc. There is a small shop within waling distance but they don't stock much. The resort runs a shuttle to the supermarket but it leaves at 8.30am!!

We stayed for 3 days at the first of the week and was given a room that badly needed upgrading. Even found a few raoches, dead and alive. Needed maintenance to fix a non-locking window problem. But when we returned at the end of the week we were given a gloriously decorated room that was very clean and comfortable. They are doing renovations, sales, and lots of constructions work. I would return but would insist on the better room or no stay!! Staff was nice at check-in and check-out and helpful with directions.

Roaches in the room with the explaination from management that they all have them. Sheets don't fit the bed and pulled out while sleeping. Bring your own fitted sheet!

This was the most luxurious stay due to the rooms design and size and comfort.

eventhough there was construction going on the experience was great. We had the best view facing the casino's. The room was clean and very comfy. Exellent price and great value. I would lvoe to stay here alone with my husband or with my family.

Quiet neighborhood away from but very near the strip, clean rooms with all the basic necessities of a regular home, efficient & friendly staff, shuttle service

The hotel kept calling my room after check out but the reason I could not check out was because the hotels dryer was not drying my clothes. I ended up leaving with wet clothes because they kicked us out.

Great Value and great location. Shuttle service and staff were excellent. if you want peace and quiet, family time, or party time it's excellent for everything. Great bargain, I will stay here everytime. It's not too far from the strip, you can cut through the back of Harrah's lot and your right there but no need cause the shuttle can take you to some good drop off points. If you are a late night partier, a cab from the strip is like 5-6 bucks. Activities at resort were great and room was immaculate clean.

Lovely apartment and very clean

In process of renovating so it was a tad chaotic at times. The creditcard facilities wasn't working and the staff weren't exactly helpful. Quite a distance from the strip so wouldn't recommend if you want to visit the centre of lv.

The security presence in the parking lot was good. The shuttle service to the resort hotels and strip was nice as well, but during weekends it could have run later at night. It was helpful to have a kitchen and laundry service in our suite, although it would be nice to not have the only bathroom in the main bedroom area - with no door to the shower area either. Not much privacy or peace and quiet with other guests in your party having to walk through the main bedroom at all hours to use the bathroom.

Filthy carpet in our room, and a filthy roll-out couch bed. Large rips were present in the livingroom furniture. The room was not kept clean enough overall. Climbing three flights of stairs to reach our room due to no elevators was a hassle as well. We had also requested certain accomodations well in advance of our stay, yet upon our arrival we were not given what we had requested, and then had to haggle with a manager, which was annoying. We still did not get exactly what we had asked for in regard to our room situation overall. The pool for our building was very small and crowded with children, and the water appeared to be cloudy and dirty, therefore we left the pool area without even going in. Check-out for this hotel is too early at 10:00am, and they would not allow a later check-out time. They also put a larger hold on our credit card for "incidentals" than other places we've stayed. We chose this hotel based on past reviews we read. If you have your family with you and are on a budget you may enjoy this hotel. Otherwise, go to a nicer place on the strip. You get what you pay for.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Everything you need down to a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry (they even provided us with a starter detergent for the laundry).

What I liked best about Summer Bay Resort Las Vegas Desert Club was the place it self. The rooms are amazing and very clean and comfortable and have everything you could possibly need. You have everything from a full kitchen to a washing machine and dryer. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the grounds of the property are very nice. I'll always want to stay at Summer Bay Resort when I go to Vegas.

I don't like how the property is a little way off the strip but for the value of the rooms and the property it more than makes up for the extra distance.

Great place for the price. Owner units very nice and comfortable definitely great place for family. Kitchen very convienient with family and small children. Another plus walking distance to strip.

We had to wait along time for shuttle on the way back we had to request a second shuttle because the first one was too full so it took a very long time for second shuttle to arrive.
