Hangulatos, tiszta jól felszerelt, tágas szálláslehetőséget ismertünk meg. Gyalog is gyorsan megközelíthető az u.n. 'belváros'. Kedves és minden tekintetben segítőkész alkalmazottakkal találkoztunk. |

Asked for Handicapped Room and got an easy access floor level no problem. Internet worked great with PW derived from Phone system. Most all workers there very friendly and helpful. Construction still ongoing at Entry Point but did not bother us as we were in the middle of the complex. |

The location was great if you were attending a convention at the Sands Convention Center. Staff and the guards at the gate were friendly and helpful. It's a perfect place to stay for an extended period of time, and if the weather was better during the time of our stay we would have enjoyed the balcony and pool. |

The staff was friendly, helpful and eager to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms in my apartment were clean and the kitchenette was well furnished. Housekeeping always tended to the cleaning well. Since this is just a easy two block walk to the main strip and the bus service will transport you up and down the strip all day for $7, I think the Summer Bay Resort is an outstanding bargain. I understand that the Summer Bay Resort is near completion of a major renovation. The renovation is coming along quite nice but I am surprised that my room wasn't finished quite as well as might be expected. The room is certainly in very good condition and well worth the amount paid but I think an opportunity has been lost by not fixing up the interior a bit more and then charging more for each rental. |

We were actually upgraded to an owner suite, so that was a great advantage. The room had luxury upgrades and was very comfortable. Not to mention the complimentary slippers...Thanx!!! For extended stays I wouldn't relish the idea of hiking up a flight or two of stairs with a week's worth of luggage for a family of six. Why no elevators???? |

I was upgraded so my rating is based mainly on the renovated condos. It was an excellent choice for New Years Eve and the condos were perfectly appointed. If you have a car this is an extremely convenient place to stay. If you have to walk then it's better to cab it. The shuttle service is extremely limited. |

The room was big and beautiful we drove 10+hours to get there for a 7:30 pm wedding after wedding and reception we got back to our room at12;30am realized the pull out bed in sofa was broken called front desk they sent down someone to look at it they said it could not be fixed and told us we could move to another room(at12:30am I don't think so we were very tired)called back and tried to speak to manager he was not available so we said we would talk to manager in the morning......... When we went to check out we asked to speak to the manager explained to her what happened asked if we could get discount (we rented that room because we had six people needing to sleep in that room that night and because of the broken sofa bed our 17 year old daughter had to sleep in the same bed as my husband and myself it was not fun at all !!!!!!!! The manager acted like she could care less she said there was nothing she could do.I Was very upset by her rudeness and disrespectful attitude. |

I like the staffs & security guards are friendly and very helpful answering questions. I really like the kitchen, utensils and clean. Maid service was good. The refrigerator was too noisy all the time. Kitchen and bathroom floors could use some mopping. A door or curtain would made a nice privacy for the bathroom. |

The room was perfect for our family. We had 2 adults, 2 children, and 2 toddlers and we fit comfortably in the 2 bedroom suite. It was the perfect location close enough to the strip to walk if we desired yet far enough not to be disturbed by the noise. The shuttle was a huge help. |

I like it's convenience to the Vegas Strip and the fact that it appears to be family friendly with the absence of gambling venues onsite I expected the 1 bedroom master's suite to be the same size as the master bedroom in the two bedroom. |

big rooms, full kitchen, beautiful grounds, quiet, friendly staff, well-stocked kitchens, economical, close to airport and strip having to take luggage to the 3rd floor was really bad, most staff were very friendly but I called for a taxi and the person was curt and rude, had to wait a long time for a taxi, vending machines didn't work and I had to walk all around to find anything to drink. I would appreciate more vending machine options and make sure they work. |

The staff was courteous and accommodating. We were able to check-in prior to the 4pm posted time. Location of resort allows you to walk to strip. Both bathrooms are located within each bedroom making it inconvenient for any quest sleeping on sofabed to use bathroom without disturbing the other quests. |
