We had the best time at your resort, it was close enough to the strip to walk or catch the courtesy bus, having the laundry facilities was a big bonus, the rooms were very spacious the beds very confortable, the grounds are kept lovely along with the pool, we dont have a bad word to say about the resort, would recommend it to anyone, couples, families or groups of friends, glad you sent this to me because I was going to send you an email to expess our thanks and to let other know how great it was

Great to have full kitchen n laundry in our own unit.

Lack of security on first night - had 2 men attempt to kick door down at 5.30am. My husband shouted at them while I phoned front desk. Security apparently were sent but we had no follow up until I went to talk to management at 10 am re incident. They then got us to fill in an incident report.

We stayed in a 2 bedroomed unit with kitchen which meant that we had the space and freedom to do as we wished. The unit included a washing machine & dryer which is great for a family holiday. Highly recommended family resort, close to the action of the Las Vegas strip, but at suffiicent distance to get away from it if required.

very quite,pool areas were not overcrowed

hot tub was to cold to use at 9am

Loved the location and availability to the strip and casinos. Loved the size of the bedrooms and the fact that there was a full kitchen and full size washer/dryer.

The pull out bed in the couch was uncomfortable.

The staff is super! Especially Lugo, Skyler, Robert, Alan, Eden, and so many others. Thirty four of my family members gathered to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. My parents have been coming to this property and it's predecessors for 32 years! The staff could not have been more helpful in assisting us with room assignments, party planning, and general all around friendliness. The suites are beautifully appointed, comfortable, with all the amenities. The price is unbelievable. Our family plans to return every year. Thank you Desert Club!

It would have been nice if main pool also had a spa. Shuttle service used to go to grocery store for our longer term guests and we'd like to see that service return. If restaurant had indoor seating as well, that would be super.

Excellent service. Good food. Nice pool. Convenient to Death Valley sights.

Very nice resort close to everything and they has a shuttle and all their staff was very welcoming and they complied with all of my handicap needs. Very impressed with all their services.

wi-fi did not work. I have got a US 1200 bill for my e-mail and internet connection from my local Russian provider instead of using the local wi-fi.

Quiet location, spacious surroundings, resort accommodation instead of hotel, friendly & helpful staff, assistance with luggage to apartment, free shuttle service to & from suitable locations on The Strip and Downtown, close enough to walk if desired, comfortable bed, great facilities (self-contained), big-screen TV with great selection of channels, computers (AND printers) available for those without own internet access, reasonably priced foods from Market.

Only one supply of tea/coffee available and no milk at all. No instructions for coffee machine.
