Staff is always accomodating to whatever you need; the beds are the best!
Elevators were sporadically working, so we had to use the service elevator a few times, but it wasn't too big of an inconvenience.
The people's service is good.
The furniture is getting old.
I travel quite a bit and the beds at this hotel are magnificent! Staff was extremely helpful in getting my things loaded and unloaded.
Card key wouldn't work when I would leave the parking lot, but it was easily fixable.
Great hotel. Very close to Galleria. Free breakfast and drinks
Everything the breakfast was really good.
Very helpful and friendly staff, great location and great rooms. I would definitey stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel.
I loved the room, the restaurant for lunch and dinner but not for breakfast (tasteless and boring). Great location.
Staff at the reception look bored with the job.
Upscale hotel with good location and price. Slightly better than average quality free hotel breakfast.
Did not honor all of my special requests for a quiet room. Difficult to navigate to due to highway construction. Double beds not big enough to be shared.
Omg !! I could not believe the genuinely friendly staff throughout the hotel! Be especially the young man who gave me a tour a few days prior to my stay then remembered me days later... By full name!! Impressive !!!
I didn't like when I had to leave!!! - haha ... But I will be back for another "stay-cation" LOL :-)
good location and nice change
some works was going on at the main road so not easy to enter the hotel
Shopping and restaurants close by. The rooms were excellent, cleaned and comfortable.
Lot of construction in the area!
Nice location, easy to find. Staff were really nice and caring..
No one could figure out why the pool water was brown
Our room was very comfortable, clean and maintained. Breakfast was great.
Two out of three of the guest elevators were out of service when we arrived. We quickly found the service elevators however and within a short amount of time, signs were posted suggesting their use. You can't really hold that against the hotel. It was just an inconvenience.
I liked that was convenient since my conference was in the building.
This hotel is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Dallas, so unless you want to spend around $80 roundtrip for a cab, it's inconvenient to restaurants and things to do. The hotel had a bank of 3 elevators, but only 2 were working and were quite slow. With 3 conferences going on at once, there was always a wait for the elevator. I wouldn't have minded if I was a lower floor, but I was at floor 7 and this was inconvenient. I heard several other conference attendees complaining of this as well.
Very comfortable bed. Employees were courteous and helpful. Very nice place to stay
The swimming pool, warer look nasty.
The King suite was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the space in the room was perfect. We left some pillows in our room when we checked out and the staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful in setting them aside so we could pick them up the next day.
The bathroom was very small and the door opened right into the toilet and shower. Would have liked to have seen a pocket door or have the door open out instead of in.
Free parking and free breakfast
Rooms, gym, dining facilities, internet access
Nothing in particular
Arrived late, between 11 and 12pm, after credit card authorization, to find our room uncleaned from previous guests. Receptionist silently (!) issued a key to a different room type, queen-bed instead of king. We returned back of course when found this out, to listen to a story of how cleaning service has already left and no king's available. 5 minutes of scandaling got us into a king room. So the honesty of staff is questionable. No client-oriented approach at all. The pressure of water inside a shower is subpar on the upper floor. Weakest I've seen in a while.
the only reason I booked this hotel was because I found it at a reasonably good deal, nothing else would make me want to go back though
Staff were not that friendly, room seemed very old fashioned - furniture etc was old and needed to be replaced. Pool area was horrible- very clinic and uninviting. The entire place had a cheap budget hotel feel, which for a Sheraton is not something I expected. Don't stay here unless you get a bargain. Breakfast was worse than a 3star hotel - I've stayed at 3star chain hotels and their complimentary breakfasts are much nicer! I'd much rather stay elsewhere for less.
A staff that genuinely seemed happy to be working at the hotel.
The carpet/room smell was a bit musty.
Bed is so comy, breakfast is Good and staff are awesome. Parking was included with room rate.
Swimming pool is small!
