The location was great
They said they could give a ride to the event then said no so had to spend way to much money on taxis when they had a shuttle and on the reviews it said they got to use the shuttle for the money they made on the women that stayed there they should have catered to their shuttle needs was very very disappointed in that respect!!!!
Location Food was great in the Restaurent.
The service in the restertaunt was excellent! The food was great and Kaitlyn ( our waitress) was beyond fantastic! I would recommend t h is hotel to anyone!
1. Wrong room – ordered 1 king bedroom, received 2 full size beds instead; literally, this was a roomful of beds for us. 2. Refrigerator – brought upon special request. 3. Microwave – NOT given, although previously promised would be brought if requested; instead, they offered microwave located in the lobby… - who would want to walk around with food in the hands? 4. Hitting – system was broken; it started smoking when turned on, creating horrible smell in the room… luckily, we were not asleep yet, or we would have probably get “checked out” via ambulance 5. No complimentary breakfast - breakfast is available for purchase.
Swimming pool, Restaurant comfy room
Noisy A/C; outlook from room
Everything was great. The staff was fun and helpful. The room was clean.
Get first aid kits! Stock up! Specially before concert weekends.
Never being in the area before the location was Great right@ the exit.very easy to find my way back too.
The "customer service" front desk person that checked me in @ 3:30 in the afternoon, was VERY RUDE! When he informed me that because I was paying Cash I needed to give a $50 deposit I questioned it.( no mini bars in room) I then put it on my Debit/ credit card & was still charged the $50 . Again I asked why? I said you have the imprint usually you just charge anything I may buy. He RUDELY SAID "are you telling me how to do my job" When I asked to speak to a manager that night I was told it was only supposed to be $25. Also he never gave me the directions I asked for he pretty much dismissed me. The person I spoke with @ night was very nice.
Everything was renovated and new! The staff was extremely nice and met our needs!
Just about everything
Big city prices.
Staf was very helpful.
Only one elevator working.
Good, but not all that memorable.
Dirty (stains on bathroom floor and carpet, rusted shower drain) Awkward setup in bathroom (shower head was at chin height for 5'9" person, sink in bathroom so low I had to end over to reach water faucet)
The staff was very helpful. Ice machines on every floor was great.
Wish there were refrigerators in the room.
I like the bed room setting, nice ambience.
the pool, not that much heat. also, so many children playing in the pool, very noisy, they keep on running & yelling, there should be a limit for stay with children.
The hotel was clean and quiet.
We were not able to get the included breakfast because our field hockey tourney required us to leave by 6:45am. When I very nicely asked if it was at all possible to have something ready for 6:30am, I was very rudely told I should have called ahead of time, breakfast is later on the weekends, and so the breakfast I paid for was not provided. This is the first hotel that has been so unaccommodating. In all my travels for field hockey, each hotel has been kind enough to fix their schedule to help out their guests. Hampton Inn, kindly provided a bagged breakfast at the front desk for those field hockey girls staying at their hotels who needed to leave for early morning games(and that was their idea without even being asked) or other Holiday Inns (Virginia Beach) provided a smaller selection at an earlier time frame. This hotel had many girls staying there this past weekend attending a tourney at Trinity College. It's a shame that the two women at the front desk needed to be so rude, and were not willing to help out in any way.
Very ordinary hotel, although clean.
Good location, Microwave, Quiet, Swimming Pool,
I love the restaurant, and the pool area. Staff members are very friendly.
Room (514) next to elevator shaft: elevator too noisy when moving up and down.
Front desk helped me print my documents on their printer. Restaurant staff (especially Dave) very accommodating for group meals. Other staff very friendly.
Business center printer was not working.
Location Is good
Being rushed so the maid can clean while I'm still in the room
Loud neighbors that were fighting doors slamming. Children running in halls stopping and crying. Late at night and restarted early morning. I reported it. Staff came up twice. Nothing happened. I was charged the full amount for my room and our breakfast. The staff just apologized when I told them it was the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel
They took the payment off my card and when I went to checkout they asked me for more money. Saying that the room was not paid for yet and it was.
The staff was very friendly and professional. During the night we left the room and couldn't get back in with our key card. Maintenance was very quick to arrive and solve the problem.
I felt that the rate was too high. While the room was clean, it had a musty smell to it...not fresh at all.
