Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly
Location, location, location. Easy walk from trolley tour stop and to the delightful River walk. Complimentary happy hour with wine and beer and snacks was a wonderful surprise on our arrival. All staff were helpful and pleasant.
They did run out of white wine early. I found the bed a little soft for my taste.
Staff was friendly and accommodating to any request.
Wi-Fi never lasted more than a few minutes and the TV guide provided showed many more channels than were actually available.
The staff was very nice and the location was great.
It was very pricey.
My mother wanted to apply a senior citizen discount with AARP and was unable to at the desk. Can you apply this discount to her credit card.
Happy hour and appetizers was a wonderful surprise. Breakfast was excellent as well.
Stains on carpet were detracting to room!
All the staff was extremely friendly and cordial. Charley and Austin were great setting up bookings/reservations for us.We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.
The staff was wonderful with southern charm and knowledge of area. I love it when you feel welcome by estashblishments. The staff seemed happy to do their jobs. They were always there for questions and always with smiles. I will return!!!
We could not have asked for a better room, staff, location or comfort. They care about you!
Small room---needs upgrade. Room smelled upon arrival---musty, had to purchase room deodorant. Some electrical unit, sounded like up above us howled for (3) days---very little sleep. When notified, told they were fully booked for Halloween--no other room available. Will NEVER use Staybridge again!
Apart from the location, the staff, the breakfast choices and the Tuesday to Thursday evening nibbles. A big plus for us was the very helpful concierge, details of how to get to local must see places and great input on local restaurants.
situation in the old Savannah
noise of the air conditionning.
Smelly rooms and shower
We chose this hotel partially because if the nice wine reception that reviewers raved about. Several staff members told us to come to the wine reception- but- there was no wine!!! We were told that "the distributor forgot" - if so, maybe staff should have tried to get some?? False advertising!
Great location in historic district Easy to walk to most places Clean and comfortable Large comfy bed Friendly helpful staff Pet friendly Easy parking Good hot breakfast
The water in savannah stinks and tastes horrible. It's not the hotel's fault, but it's something to be aware of.
Excellent location for walking the historic district. During the week breakfast and dinner provided. kitchenette an added bonus for extended stay.
Parking a premium daily fee assessed
Gorgeous historic hotel and beautiful surroundings. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful when we had an issue with staying at the rooms in the back of the hotel where the pub/bar play music till 3am. Next day they changed our rooms to the front of the hotel where we finally had a good night's sleep.
Nothing to not like with hotel except Savannah's music curfew of 3am!
Best hotel staff ever - this is a great hotel
Everthing was great Could not get the wifi to work
Wifi did not work
Everything inside for sure! Plus laundry services a great plus!
Very Slow elevators. Parking was somewhat frustrating.
Parking situation was poor.
Great location Priced well for the holiday weekend as compared to others in the area Clean rooms
WiFi spotty at best. Breakfast was always out of food/plates/utensils. Our room was in back near parking. Very loud until after 1pm. Thought it would be better than the street side rooms.
Location and ease of walking. Historic building being repurposed.
Doors slamming all hours, bed plastic noise on movement, bed sagging in middle and falling toward middle. Did not sleep. Woke up backaches and body aches.
I booked a king suite specifically as it was our 22 wedding anniversary. Our first time together on our special day in 4 years ( my husband is active duty)...arrive at the hotel and they said all they had was a double suite. Very disappointing. Also dogs were in the hotel in a mass number, hotel staff were obviously not concerned about the constant yapping. Would not stay here again and very disappointed I paid as much as I did for a mediocre room.
