Super 8 Hotel - Sacramento Airport    

Large room.

They didn't bother to clean our room or give clean towels or anything. When asked they were 1housekeeper short. At that point they were even able to give clean towels, since they didn't have any. Breakfast area was very cramped and chaotic.

It was all great. I think you have the most friendliest staff ever! Front desk and shuttle employees. I will stay again for all my flights out of Sacramento and will refer you! Good job! Thank you for making my stay easy!

I think you need new pillows. I had 3 which was great but you need some new fluffy ones. You can get some nice ones at Walmart for $2.00 a piece when they are on sale, and it would make a difference from the flat ones that was there. Also, maybe a sign on the main door that says Main Entrance or Lobby.

On Sunday afternoon, May 12, 2013, my son and I checked into your motel.  We were assigned room 209 which appeared to be in order.  As I was getting ready to turn in and shower in the evening around 8-9 p.m., things took a bad turn.    First, I found a fairly good sized burn hole on the solid colored blanket.    Second, as I was about to enter the shower, I noticed a used woman's red panty hanging on the shower curtain rod.   I was a bit uncomfortable with the room after seeing the burn hole in a room that was designated a non-smoking room.  Seeing the used panty completely shattered my confidence in the cleanliness of room 209 and made for an extremely unpleasant rest-of-the-night for both my son and I.  We chose not to even sleep with the blankets because of the situation. I chose not to use the microwave or the coffee maker.  We packed our bags immediately rather than using the closet to hang clothes.  My son and I checked out as soon as we could on Monday morning at around 6:00 a.m.

The convenience to & from SMF Airport. The shuttle/driver was on time and got us to the airport promptly. Convenient "walk to" restaurant.

The hotel was near the highway so access was easy. It was quiet and I felt safe.

The ice machine needs to be replaced. There was not enough lotion for two people.

(1)I found a long crack in the bathroom mirror. (2) The shower head was hanging off the wall. (3) The carpet had black large circular stains.

We liked everything about this hotel, especially for the value it offered. It was very clean, comfortable and welcoming, plus so close to the airport and a restaurant. It will definitely be on our "return" list.

I reserved a room with two beds and when we went into the room there was only one bed! I called the front desk and they said they had no rooms available with two beds. I ended up sleeping on a coffee table!!

The Location and the Cost. That is IT!

The facility and the room was FILTHY! The beds were as hard as concrete. We found two spiders, one on the floor, one in the bed. The bathroom caulking was GONE and there is mold around the tub and toilet. The hallways smelled of Ant/Roach Killer- bug spray. TV ( all 19" of it) is tucked into a cubby hole in the wall, doesnt allow a view from both beds, not to mention the SIX channels it offered! No Cable? Really? The tv remote "rattled", was near broken and you had to shake it for it to work! The best part is the Toilet Flusher fell apart!!!

Liked that breakfast served at 4am for early flights. Shuttle to airport, reasonable parking while gone on trip. Good prices, clean, comfortable rooms. Black Bear resturant next door. What more could you ask on a budget?

Early shuttle to the airport. Available free Wi-Fi. Available computer with printer. I didn't use it but I'm assuming you could use it to check in and print boarding passes.

Had to be moved to another room b/c of leak in sink.

Friendly staff, good location minutes from downtown. We actually stayed for Sacramento kings Game and it was minutes from Sleep Train Arena.

Dirty....everything outdated and worn. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Microwave missing

The hotel was an outstanding value. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel had a great location for me and my travel plans. I highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay.

We were put in an upstairs room ,which was pleasant and quiet. We enjoyed a great breakfast and a friendly staff. Good job.
