Fantastic fully furnished apartment. Was perfect for my husband and I to stay in on our wedding weekend.

Having an issue still waiting for my deposit to be returned to my account after nearly two weeks.

We loved the apartment, and the pool.

We didn't realize it was an apartment complex. So it was a little strange staying somewhere, where there were residents living next to us. Also there was clothes in the washer and dryer. And dishes in the dish washer. There were no extra blankets or pillows.

very nice two bed two bath apartment with laundry facilities in house. Easy check in and check out. clean, convenient.

transient neighbors with loud slamming domestic problems. Two different groups with noisy problems. Smokers in attendant apartments. Smelled very bad. Terrible bed. sprung springs so we rolled to the crowded middle. Needs some deferred maintenance loose cupboard, rickety stairs, lots of overt dry rot and mold on exterior

Taxi driver was great!!!

Website said there was a shuttle...nothing about cost $30.00...would have stayed at a place that cost a bit more with "free" shuttle. Upstairs turned on theairconditioner or heat ad the unit was outsde the bedroom window. Very noisy had to move to the other room in the middle of the night.

20 dollar cab ride to downtown. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- so lots of room for privacy- nice bonus. Its like owning a home in Sac but never having to live there. Very cool set up.

TVs were small, and only one bedroom had one. Not really a huge thing.

It was a great place, relaxing and quite. I love it.

Ease of use

Cleanliness of linens. Bed sheets and pillows both smelled and appeared quite soiled. Comforter looked to have quite a bit of bodily fluids all over it Very gross

My family of five (including three kids under six) went stayed in a two-bedroom two-bathroom furnished condo in the "Harbor Oaks" development, just North of Downtown Sacramento. We had read the reviews and comments on Booking.com so had a very good idea of the trade-offs associated with this type of accomodation and so everything was just as we expected. The manager, Ed, was very friendly. We spoke with him before arriving and he mentioned that we were welcome to check in anytime after noon (despite official check-in being 3pm) which was very helpful for us. For us this was far superior to (and less expensive than) staying in a hotel room. Two TVs with hundreds of cable channels (including all the kids channels and DVRs) helped to keep the kids entertained when we were back in our condo, and the free Wifi made it easy for us to stay online. We would definitely stay there again.

The shower heads were unusually low.

We loved it here! Short walk to pool which was immaculate. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very good value for money. Laundry facilities were very useful too as we were on a road trip! The housekeeper/cleaning lady was lovely and very helpful.

Nice and clean, a little out of the way but quiet . Near the airport which is what I wanted.

THe manager was very nice but really exaggerated how close the shops were both before I booked, and when I was there. Consequently I walked a long way to get to fast food places he described as the restaurants he told me about were shut. Other than that he was really nice and helpful.

Excellent location and surroundings. Well appointed and comfortable apartment, ideal for the occasion (we were in Sacramento for a wedding). Loads of room, good facilities and helpful agent.

The location was unclear. We spent a while looking for Sacramento Guest Services, but had to call international on my cell phone to find out that we were actually staying at Harbor Oaks Apartments. The street address given to us turned out to be slightly different to the one on the confirmation. Whilst not a problem, this was a little confusing!

It was perfect and lots of room for 5. Manager on duty was very accommandating since we got in after 11 pm to show us the unit and give us a key. Will be back

Shower head were too low.

The room was fully equipped and plenty of comforts. In addition, it was totally affordable.

The name shown in booking.com does not correspond to the real one.

System for checking in and obtaining key is unique, but once expalained, worked well. Very convenient for business traveler who needs some space. Great value

very good location in Sacramento, clean rooms and well supplied with basics. excellent staff very quiet room, minor problem with guest access through gate on a couple of occasions but resolved within minutes

staff not familiar with appliances in room and had left one in an unsafe and possible fire condition. (Lint trap on dryer misaligned and lint had passed by the filter which was also packed full)

Guest Services was convenient and comfortable with a location amienable for our visit.

The room needed a hair dryer for my wife. Overnight accomodations generally have dryers which make traveling less cumbersome.

This is not a hotel, it is actually a unit in a beautifully maintained several acres of privately owned apartments. Staying here with a full kitchen, laundry and pleasant garden was delightful. We enjoyed the lake, complete with water spout, the pool and the well-equipped gym.

As the name suggests, Sacramento Guest Services is not the name of the apartment complex, so locating it was a little confusing. Don't be deterred, however, just call the sgs number before you arrive for instructions. It will not disappoint.

The staff were good.

The bed was very uncomfertable. Kitchen does not have anything otherthan few pans and dinner set for four.

My husband, mother and I stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. We had access to all complex amenities. Comfortable, clean and we enjoyed a quiet night's sleep. The grounds were beautiful. Best value hands down in the Sac area for anyone needing 2 bedrooms. It was as advertised - plan to stay again and will highly recommend. It was like being at home plus free parking and free wifi along with good cable selection. And Ed the manager was great!

Lovely apartment furnished with everything you need. quiet, family friendly gated complex. Wished we stayed longer. Pool and gym looked great.
