The area only.

There were fruit flies in the room during the entire stay. Requested on 3 separate occasions to send someone to take care of the problem. The flies were still in the room 8 days later, the end of our stay. There was no laundry facility, which was very inconvenient. We were charged $10 each day for parking, my husband and I both rented vehicles (2 cars x 8 days). I have never stayed at a resort and charged for parking other than this resort. Would not have booked this hotel, had I known ahead of time. The hotel store was more expensive then Disney. Would not stay here again.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a man at the front desk who we felt was very rude. After receiving our key we went up to the room which was around midnight and found the hallway littered with trash. Our room was not vacuumed and there were cheerios on the chair by the desk. I called down to the desk to lodge a complaint and they told me they would send someone right up, which never happened. We stayed at this hotel because we were told by my son that they are very nice, needless to say we were very dissapointed. Veneca Wozniak

Clean comfortable rooms, nice pool and entertainment areas

Pool side grill took too long for lunch order.

A taxa de resort e a conservação geral do hotel, no final tive problemas com a conta mas eles resolveram.

L'efficacité du personnel à la reception qui n'avait pas de reservation via booking.com et qui a dû tout faire , heureusement qu'ils avaient de la dispo , sinon je dormais où avec ma famille , merci booking.com le room service je n'ai jamais mangé un club sandwich aussi gros

Eu achei o preço muito caro pelo que o hotel oferecia. Me deram um quarto na frente da piscina, alias na passagem onde se tinha muito barulho. O kit de higiene (sabonote, xampu) não foi reposto... ao chegar a noite cansada de brincar o dia todo nos parques na hora do banho,,, não tinha nada nem sabonete, nem xampu... os 2 dias em que me hospedei lá... Liguei na recepção reclamando (a atendentente não foi nenhum um pouco simpatica). Conclusão: nada foi resolvido. Não recomendo este hotel, pois pela tarifa que paguei não valeu em nada o que o hotel oferecia,

Nice clean rooms for a reasonable price, great pool for kids to play and relax, great location to major Disney attractions, Sea world, ....

As great as the pool is, don't try to get anything from the pool bar, service is non existent.

the pool was great for the kids. The best thing is that it is close to a lot of resturants and all within walking distance. Like, Chilis, Uno's,Friday's, Dunkin Donuts, Waffle house, etc.... Even a supermarket.

They would charge you to park daily and if you need a fridge it would cost you $10.00 a day. Because we are a Starwood member, it was waived. Also you had to pay for internet. Most hotels offer free-internet. So if you are here for business, you would have to pay for daily usage.
