Close and convenient to both BSU and Boise Mall. Danielle super friendly and helpful with reservation. Loved fridge and microwave in room. Ants in bathroom

The staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in very early. Even helped me to join their free program of "stay 12 nights and get the 13th free", which allows you to get their rooms at a reduced rate should prices rise. My room was very clean and comfortable. A very enjoyable stay, and great location! There was someone vacuuming a room at 8:45 am on Tuesday, which I thought was too early for anyone who may have been still sleeping.

I have a big issue with how they hold so much money from your debit/cc card. My friend and I were going to split the bill of 2 nights at $100 each.They held $250 on my card, without advance notice. I became stuck without money, and had to borrow money, for my weekend vacation because of this. Quite embarrassing! I go to Boise about 2-3 times per month, and I am doubting whether I will be staying there again because of this. If this money hold policy was erased, I would become a frequent guest for sure!

the facilities were clean and the desk people were very nice and helpful. We thought the breakfast bar was lacking,we went to get something and we saw some cereal but no milk,no waffle machine or any fresh fruit like bananas or apples.

Staff, Staff, Staff!!! Really nice people. Loved the free airport shuttle, the location RE: Boise Centre, and most especially the excellent jacuzzi at the end of my trying days. All good.

The woman who checked us in on 9/29/12, in the early afternoon, was fantastic! Extremely helpful and friendly. She gave us a lot of advice on good places to go and explained the downtown map. The person who checked us out on Sunday 9/30/12, was rude. Barely smiled at us. My friend and I split the room and she charged it all on my friends card before we realized what she was doing. She seem extremely put out that she had to void the transaction and start over. I would not recommend having someone like her as the face of your business.

Great location. The price was way too high for what I got. Usually if I pay $70, I get 2 beds and a nicer quality room. It wasn't the worst but I was definitely expecting more.

Centrally located. Clean older hotel but very reasonable for a quick over night stay. The breakfast wasn't anything spectacular and the parking was tight. Hard to get in and around with a large vehicle. If you're on a budget or just don't need much for a room, I recommend it.

Very close to downtown, reasonable price, fridge in room, free wifi and parking. Next to a bar, so if you check in on weekend with room on that side, it could be noisy.
