The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean.

We had small children with us and we were disappointed that the TV did not have a family channel. Such as ABC Family or Nickoldean We were out after dark and were suprised to see that the hotel sign was not lite up and and hotel did not even appear to be open for business. We had already booked in earlier.

You get what you pay for. We left shortly after we checked in the pool closed and we had alot of kids with us. We had to fin another hotel it was not easy.

The receptionists were very nice & helpful.

The building was rundown & smelled of smoke. Our room was freezing when we arrived. We had to sit w/our coats on til it warmed up. The bed was not comfortable& the blanket not warm. Someone was yelling & running up & down the hall all night. The bathroom wasn't in the best shape.

The entire stay was horrible, bed was uncomfortable, elevator was out of order, pop machine was being fixed when we arrived. We requested additional pillows for our 16 year old child who had to sleep on the pull out bed and we had to get them at the front desk. Two towels were in the room and we were out of toilet paper. We again had to go to the front lobby to pick up pillows towlet paper and towels. Staff were fine but the building was dirty and I would never never stay again.

The hotel was disgusting.it was awful the toilets weren't even cleaned!The elevators didn't work,hot tub not in service,the place was pitch black,water damage on 3 floors,it smelled of urine.WOuldnt advise anyone to stay there.TOtally disguisting

The hot tub was not working. The pool was dirty.

Three pipes in the bathroom dripped. The phone did not work. There were no pillows for the pull out couch. Not the best of areas. No place near by to eat.

The price and the breakfast - the lady maintaining the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

The entire building was not very clean, the halls had blown in leaves from outside, the pool had candy papers and Popsicle sticks in it.

Lost money in vending machines, both drink and candy. Did not recieve suggested drink in one machine, got another flavor. Kids could could only play one of six arcade games, others broken. Ran out of food at breakfast bar. Indoor pool was very cold, not heated. Staff allowed people to swim before and after pool hours waking or keeping others awake.

Room dirty, hot tub cold, no hot water or towels in pool area, room in poor repair, tub didn't drain, wallpaper peeling off in bathroom, tiles in shower carved into wall... TV volume constantly up/down....

Most of the staff were very very very friendly. It was cheap and they let us have a early check in. But you get what you pay for.

The up keep is very very poor. A lot of things didn't work : - The TV remote - The elevator - The windows dont open - The room door was VERY hard to open it took about 5 times each time to get it open. - They sold microwave pop corn but no where to cook it. - There was no holder for the toliet paper it was just placed on the counter.

The staff were very nice.

The first room they put us in, nothing was connected, the bathroom light was barely working and constantly blinking. At first we were told that someone would be up to fix it. Then after about 2 hours we had to change rooms. The sauna never did get hot. The spa water was just barely warm. The exercise equipment did not work properly or at all.

I liked being able to get a room for just Saturday night. I wasn't able to stay on Friday night.

I didn't like the trash the was all around. All the trash cans on the out side were full and over flowing. I didn't get to the Hotel until after 4:00, so you would have thought they would have been cleaned out by then. Also I didn't like how dirty the elavator was. Another thing the hallway was very cold, it made us turn up the heat in our room just to get warm

The room was in ill repair. The hallways and elevators were filthy. The hotel was drab and dreary. Across the street at a much nicer looking hotel the had king bed on their billboard forests than we paid. Very disappointed.

Well the first thing is the place has roachs, I seen one in the lobby bathroom and in our bathroom that night which left me horrfied could not sleep at all and the hotel is in great need of repairs dirty vents in hallways lights out in hallways, spa broke down a shady bar that looks like its from the 70s or something, shady people staying in hotel and area not good very shady) my advice do not stay here!

Sauna, Hot tub and exersise equipment were broke while we were there. Building shabby and run down.

Heater in room needed fixing. Bed was very soft.

Perfect location and comfortable

the hotel is tired looking, needs upgrading and certain things need to be fixed. The tiles in our bathroom were broken, only one ice machine in the whole hotel was working. We needed to ask for toilet paper as when the room was cleaned the toilet paper was almost finished but no extra roll was provided so that we could refill. Otherwise our room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing, It is a dirty hotel I would not stay there again and would not recommend it. pillows lumpy and flat, black mold in the bathroom. Bathroom floor dirty, Windows dirty, sheers looked as though they had never been washed.Toilet dirty around bow, night lock did not work. Not a good experience.

It really is a good rate but it is really a dive too many things wrong with the hotel to list.

The front desk staff was nice. I the area was well lit outside. Since it is not the nicest area the lighting helped us feel alittle safer.

The hotel smelled funny. The pictures on booking were obviously taken many years ago. The heater was broken, the carpet was stained and had holes, the dresser drawer was broken and hanging, the tv was missing knobs, the lamp shades were mangled, the wallpaper was ripped,the room was dirty, the pool area was dirty, we could not play pool or enjoy the lounge because the staff was busy playing with friends.
