excellent location to visit Hollywood, walking distance to Chinese Theater and Walk of fame. Plenty of shops around to buy food and have dinner in the room, there is a microwave and coffee/tea machine in the room. Delicious waffles for breakfast in the morning to be made by youself. a bit too noisy because of traffic on Sunset Boulevard |

Excellent location on Sunset; 2 miles from the Whisky a GoGo, Viper Room & Rainbow Room. 5 mins walk to Hollywood Boulevard & 30 mins to vintage stores on La Brea. The epitomy of American motels in style & setting. Nice large room with microwave & fridge. Clean & tidy, good ac system. Wireless internet not working (my computer was fine in all other hotels on this trip). Located a few doors down from a nude cabaret bar (which I thought was great!) but perhaps not ideal for families. |

This hotel was exactly how we imagined it to be. Good location great pool adn excellent staff. They couldn't find booking.com's reservation for us but still gave us a good room at the price we booked it for. We picked this hotel for the middle pool that summed up the style of motel you see in the films of la and it did not dissapoint |

I enjoyed my stay at the Saharan Motor Hotel. It was recently re-furbished and was in a prime location. Parking was included. All in all a good find. The parking, when the lot was full was very difficult to navigate in. Most hollywood motels have this problem. Space is always a problem here. |

Hotel is in a convenient location--easy to get to most attractions,freeways, etc. It was clean, with a 24-hour desk, and on-site parking. Good coffee and orange juice each morning. Roomshas a microwave and refrigerator. Lots of traffic noise. |

Very central located in LA. Hollywood Boulevard tourist attractions are within walking distance. Car is obviously a benefit. Its in a good location to drive around Mulholland Drive and Beverly Hills. The front rooms can be a bit noisy from the street in the evening, but not a serious problem. It is Sunset Boulevard in LA after all! Very reasonably priced. Nice and clean. Well maintained. |
