Mold in bathroom
It was at a fair price
Everything! The bed, the staff, the stairs specifically! They moved and felt like I was going to fall! The bed gave my husband a horrible neck ache and backache. Overall, just horrible! Would so NOT recommended this to anyone.
Desk clerk was friendly and tried to be helpful.
A lot. Air conditioning didn't work. Ice machine didn't work. Light over sink didn't work. Worst of all was Internet access. Wouldn't work from room though did work in office. Clientele generally suspect.
Smelly & dirty room. Broken furniture. Dirt on counter tops. Leaky & dirty toilet. Floor non vacuumed and very dirty (wore sandals at all times). Bad writing on the bathroom wall. Patched holes all over the room. Nicotine drip all over the walls. We used our own blankets and pillows that we had brought with us on our trip. I would not recommend anyone to stay there until it is completely cleaned. It made my #1 not to stay list.
It was cheap
Absolutely horrible. The whole place smelled like bleach, the windows didn't have any screens, the tv didn't work, there wasn't any locks on the door, the "drain" in the shower was just a whole in the ground, the wifi was non-existent, and there was bullet hole in the wall. The whole place felt super unsafe.
Location and price
No bath tub in my room and no microwave .it seems like each room is extremely different
there were suspicious characters hanging around the parking lot all night, it appeared they were selling drugs. The room had been used hard, and the bathroom graffiti was a bit much. The bar of soap provided couldn't have been smaller, one bath towel for two people. No coffee pot, old TV, old everything. I would never stay there again.
This was the cheapest in Salem.
Most disgusting place I've ever stayed. Ever. The walls were dirty, light fixtures were missing, there were holes in the walls where the the headboard had been ripped out. Also the shower door didn't close. I was afraid to walk around barefoot.
Their was nothing to like.
Took 3 tries to get me a room, first room wouldn't lock second couldn't unlock and the third took 3 keys to find one that worked. I was only suppose to pay $40 for the room and they charged me $44, and knew nothing of my booking. I was not the onlyone having problems 2 others where getting refunds, that should of told me to run.
No bath tub
Only thing that was good was the wifi
I had no phone or refridge and the heater didn't work and there was only one towel in room and the room was a mess and dirty
The location was good.
The door was loose, I could hear traffic all night, the outlet the lamp next to the bed was plugged in didn't work, light bulbs were missing, & staff couldn't Find my my reservations
The price is unbeatable if you're just looking for a place to sleep.
They messed up my room reservation because someone "forgot" to enter it into the computer and I had to take a smaller room for the first night. The smaller room was horrid.
Staff very helpful. Clean.
Only 6 tv channels. We had to ask for essentials not in the room. Too expensive for what we got.
