We bought this as a wedding gift. Upon arrival they would not honor the credit card. You can bet if it had been a no-show the card would have been good. Embarrassing.
"resort fee" covers free wifi and little else. Disappointing that the Spa was an additional cost, given the name of the hotel
Loved the environment; the ambience. Very "lodge"-ish and warm. Lovely restaurants and gift shop. The falls are gorgeous, though not really seen from the lodge itself, but from a short walk, which is refreshing. Staff were friendly and helpful.
This is a small complaint... not a deal-breaker. The heater was fairly noisy, so we turned it off at night, only to wake up to a really cold room.
1) Lori, the server who handled the dining room alone on the night of Dec. 9. Superb service. 2) service in the attic the night of Dec. 8. Lead server was fabulous. 3) When we had to ask for a) the microwave, and b) more coffee pods, the response was very quick. 4) the pleasant clove scent of the main areas. 5) the wonderful bellmen/doormen. Excellent. 6) Being left uninterrupted in the morning to sleep in. The trail along the falls and river.
1) hot water in bathroom sink (room 210) was scalding; dangerously so. I burned my hand. 2) bed nearest bathroom in room 210 tilts at an angle, and my husband was uncomfortable. Bed too short, also. 3) room was advertised online as "refrig. AND microwave in every room." Front desk clerk rolled her eyes when I asked for microwave. 4) First day, we notified desk we needed 3x more coffee pods. This should have been noted so that we didn't have to request it again the second day; should have been brought automatically on day two.
Located on the top of Snoqualmie fall, the hotel gave really wonderful and relaxing time to me and family. Amenities, oversized jacuzzi bath tub, fire place, as well as common space like library, all made us comfortable. Christmas decoration just begun on the day of our arrival, which made my family even more excited!
Price seemed little bit high, but I later realized it is surely worth it.
Overall cozy mood of the hotel, Perfect Service, stunning views of the Snoqualmie Falls.
a little bit expensive
Service was very accomodating! Concierge, spa professionals, and valets were particularly excellent. Ready access to natural beauty and delicious food, on site and off. Live music at the Attic was a treat! A wonderful, romantic retreat :)
Prepare for the price of such indulgence. Views from the balcony are certainly charming, but "river view" is definitely an overstatement.
Pillow menu was a highlight, spa services and area were exceptional, restaurants had delicious food. The staff were friendly. The lodge and grounds are gorgeous and the waterfall is amazing.
The spa, while very nice, is totally overpriced. A couple's massage was almost $400 with tip, which is insane. Then I realized that I was scheduled on a Friday which made it even more expensive. Not cool.
location, atmosphere, location (view to the falls; a must to Twin Peaks fans...
spa in not included in the room price
We had a wonderful visit in this fabulous resort.
We were on a 3 week holiday in the US and this was by far the best hotel of the trip. We had amazing views of the waterfall, the room was luxurious with a hot tub and working fireplace and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We both didn't want to leave the next day!!
Expensive if you want to eat in the hotel.
Excellent location with wonderful views and walks. Restaurant staff and bartenders all knowledgable in their fields.
Room was very dirty - headboards thick with dust as were the doors and skirting boards - not been cleaned for months!! Terrible smell when approaching the "Attic" and the "Dining Room" - both in need of deep cleaning as I would imagine are the kitchens.
Very quaint and clean, a bit outdated but charming
Staff somewhat dissorganized, but very cordial
The Falls and location were wonderful. The fireplace and bed were charming. Excellent view property.
The housekeeping was slow and we would never eat in the dining room again. The wait staff was slow, the diner expensive, and food not so good. The shower head had not had maintenance for a very long time and was painful to use. I suggested, upon checkout, that they use white vinegar on the heads. The gentleman shrugged and said that he'd heard people say that before. Why not fix it then? My point, slow moving establishment.
Location and the accommodations. Wood burning fireplace with a spa tub. Just wonderful. Valet staff very helpful.
The restaurant staff were excellent
We paid for river view and all we got are pipes
The fact that we were turned away after waiting at the front desk for over 20 mins while the staff freaked out that we had been able to make a reservation when NO ROOMS were ever available that night. Turned away and not even offered a discount or other incentive to return at a later date.
The location in amazing
For the price I expected much more the parking was non existent and no wifi in the room ???
Staff was friendly and helpful; room was large clean and comfortable
Almost everything. The king size room was amazing.
A littorio bit pricey the spa services...
The hotel was right on the Snoqualmie falls with brilliant views. The hotel itself was gorgeous in beautiful forest surrounds. Lovely little towns close by.
Bit pricey on the spa treatments.
The view, the food, the staff and the peace and quiet.
A shuttle into town would have been nice
The staff were friendly & efficient. The location was a plus for our plans & everything we needed was in close proximity. The room was very private but we would've preferred a better view for the money spent. The valet service was above & beyond excellent!!!
The overall "scent" piped throughout the facility bothered me but my husband didn't mind it. I wish we'd known our room number prior to arrival as it was the furthest away from everything. A few more amenities provided in-room would've been nice considering the high cost of 1 night's stay. An example would be more coffee and or free coffee in the lobby. Mold in the tiles above the faucet in the bathtub was noted.
Rooms and service were extremely good and the setting is just beautiful. Great place to visit and relax.
Not the best with kids (grandkids) as no pool, but easily overlooked if only staying a couple days as we did.
