The people were helpful and happy. Helped us by gettig someice since the machine was broken.
Poor electrical plugins. They were lose in the boxes and bathroom didn't work.
The daytime girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Everyone else, who also appeared to be ownership, was less than polite.
They had no record of my reservation made online through United Airlines/booking.com and refused to pick me up from the airport at midnight despite the fact that I had a confirmation number and reservation in my hand. After over an hour and multiple calls, they came to get me. Dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. I was afraid to walk on the carpet with my shoes off it was so bad. I've never seen this kind of filth in a domestic hotel. I felt I was in a local hotel in some third world country. They charged me twice, despite the fact that I had proof that booking had already charged me for the room by taking the full deposit from both my bank account record and my receipt/confirmation. I am still trying to get the charge off.
entrance/exit door was blocked due to construction. this was the door the registration desk told us to use. this would have been highly dangerous if a fire had started. the other door on the east side had a very strong urine odor.
The staff was really nice
It was under construction and there were sharp metal pieces on bathroom floor and paint splatter everywhere. There was no shower curtain. It was very expensive and no discount or warnings for the inconveniences that the construction caused. Also pool and jacuzzi was off limits, and we were not told this ahead of time
The staff were great. The airport transfer was good.
I am surprised this is the newest Ramada hotel worldwide to joint the group. I thought there would be a minimum standard for this global brand. How wrong was I. Carpets are old and tattered, facilities very worn and old. This hotel looks very tired and needs a complete renovation. At $150 per night it was well overpriced. I won't stay here again.
This hotel is being completely remodeled so there is a lot of workers and construction. However this did not affect my stay. I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms and it was beautiful and comfortable and quiet. I will definitely stay again.
It looks messy bc of the construction. Also the pool was closed but there were passes to use the next door hotels pool for free.
Staff was very friendly and helpful
The hotel is going through much needed external renovations. The interior is also very old and needs to be renovated. Breakfast was very limited
Location to the airport was acceptable.
This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. It's looks like it hasn't seen a vacuume cleaner for months. Strange smells throughout the corridors and rooms don't help. The recliner chair in our room looked as if it had been taken from a yard sale. The Internet stopped working after 5 minutes, but to be fair, I was surprised it worked for those 5 minutes. I honestly believe cheaper hotels in this area will be better maintained. I'll avoid ramadas from now on.
The Shuttle to the airport was driven by a lady and she was awsome
It had a bed.
It was under construction, the were working outside our windowat 6:30am. I understand but that sucked.
The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful
The room had chips in the walls, stained armrests on the chair, a table with a wonky leg. The wifi was so slow I could get no work done and since the signal from the hotel next door was stronger, my computer kept finding that one first. The smokers congregated by the doors and left piles of butts on the ground. The fitness room had the door propped open (for air I guess) and everyone passing by had to stare in to see me running on the treadmill.
Great location. Quiet room. Comfortable beds.
Questionable clientele. Run down public areas. You get what you pay for. Don't pay a high room rate for this place.
Everything from check in, staff to rude shuttle drivers
Kara is rude and curt. Bed bugs
This place needs an overhaul. The hallway carpet is in terrible shape and the lobby looks dirty.
it was a very dirty hotel. the carpet was terrible on your way to your room.....i would never recommend this property to my friends. They would of walked out!
Shuttle to airport was on time and free.
They are under remodel which is great. But the price for their product is too much for what you get. They advertise 100% non smoking but the smoke from when it was a smoking room is still there. If they can fix these issues it will be a good place to stay for airport lay over
Kara at front desk was rude and threw keys at guest. Everything was abysmal
The room size was very good. And also location. We really appreciated the size of the handicapped room and especially the bathroom
The facility is in the process of being renovated - which was badly needed in the hallways. Have never stayed in a Ramada Inn that was so dirty/trashy in the hallways. Carpets were patched and ripped - this was not just in one place but in several places on the first floor.
front desk was not helpful, hotel under remodeling so it was quite dirty, power outage, room keys had trouble coding
Able to do laundry, some entertainment on property, able to obtain food
Location of property, upgrade needed
The price was good, appreciated the shuttle.
It had a wornout, rundown, dumpy feel. I realize they are working on updating, but looks like they are 10 years late doing it...
Needs a little updating. Looked worne
The only thing we liked is the location.
The service, the cleanliness the comfort (in these days, you'd expect to have a shower or something alike and the bathtab, and not the need to hold the shower head while washing yourself. The construction outside is not well maintained and I knocked my head at the skaffold placed at enterence to the first floor. Our room was cleaned only at around 5:30 p.m. When complaining at the front desk I was told they had only 5 cleaning teams for the whole hotel. Who gives a ....? Next time mention it on the internet so that people will be advised before booking!!!
The room was clean and the price couldn't be beat.
The hallway walls and floors were falling apart. Looked to be in the middle of a remodeling project.
