I loved everything about our stay.

I liked the room and the decore. I also liked the hot breakfast. The hotel was great value for the money spent. We enjoyed our stay and had no concerns. liked that it was located close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again.

It would have been nice to have a restaurant inside the hotel.

cold in the room, could not find a thermostat to rasie the temperature music in the courtyard loud, could hear it as we were in the room, trying to sleep at around 10 p.m., still on.

very close to the airport and the shopping mall. Very beautiful entrance and hotel. Loved breakfast area and the surroundings. First class. The trip to and from the airport was good and the drivers most helpful and courteous.

I felt that the hotel was superb but the room we had was a bit tired. The rug was really not clean. The shower in the bathroom leaked all over the floor so our bath mat was soaking wet when we stepped out. Not as clean as I remember it being either. The front desk were not forthcoming about where to leave the car for the park and fly etc. Had to go and check in the morning and move the car in the pouring rain. Just not making me feel looked after.

I requested a wake up but did not receive it and I almost missed my flight.

Great value. Clean, nice to have the tub in the room. Convenient to have breakfast included. The coffee oasis in the hall is a good idea. The association with the restaurant is outstanding. The general area has grown to offer just more than previous.

Needs updating/fixing... The towel rack in the bathroom fell apart. There were no racks or shelves on the door of the old bar-fridge, so the storage was was very limited. I know people have wrecked it over time, but you can't just leave it that way. Time to spend some $$ on the place before the reputation starts to suffer.

Good location. Good price

The heating unit took a long time to warm up and how to get it to work at all was not clear. Instructions in the room about the heating system would be useful. Also, it was only on the 4th day of our stay did I figure out how to regulate the water temperature of the shower. Here again, instructions in the room would be helpful, Also, the desk staff should be more friendly. One wants service with a smile. The morning coffee should be upgraded.

The Front desk staff was very helpful, especially Dustin. Reasonable rate to park your car while on vacation and flying out of Buffalo airport. After conducting a through search, no evidence of bedbugs were found.

The room was dirty, crumbs in-between the cushions. Stains on both sides of a cushion on easy chair. The night of our stay the hotel hosted a wedding. Our room was very close to the wedding reception and the music was very loud and we could hear everything. Also, why not put the people that were attending the reception closer to the reception area. When the partiers left the reception, they had to walk by our room and made a lot of noise doing so waking my wife and I several times during the night. The rooms have jacuzzi tubs which are nice, but the people above us used the tub in their room late at night and the sound of the water filling the tub and the noise from the jets was very loud in our room. The pillows there were in the room where as hard as can be and not comfortable at all. To top it all off, there were ants crawling from under the bed to the corner were the tub joins the wall. Very uncomfortable feeling sleeping in a bed when insects are crawling about.

Staff were very friendly and worked very hard to kee3p the guests happy which we appreciated.

We booked 2 rooms and were allocated rooms 159 and 161. We were a party of 3 my husband and I in 159 and our daughter in 161. When other guests used their whirlpool the noise in our room was unbearable until the water filled up again this problem effected room 159 worse than 161. Would be interested to hear your comments on this problem as we visit Williamsville 2/3 times per year to visit an elderly relative and we go back in August but I dont know about staying in the Grand Place now. Previously we stayed in rooms near the dining area and there was no noise and unless we were guaranteed these rooms for August we will not be back!! Again it would be 2 rooms. Your comments would be appreciated!

The bed was not comfortable at all, my husband had to move onto the lounge half way through the night. Should invest in some comfortable mattresses : ) otherwise the stay was absolutely wonderful.

I was very dissapointed the room was not what I booked through booking.com I got a king room when I booked the pictures were of the emporers suite ...disappointed...also stayed in room 116 mold coming through the shower around edges and had to remove sheets as they had stains

The room was beautiful.

Fortunately I asked at the desk what rate they had on file, and it was significantly over what I had been quoted online. I had the confirmation with me showing the difference in price so they honored it, but it made me wonder what would have happened otherwise. They also told me that the price only included leaving my car for 1 night, and I would have to pay extra for the other 7. This is completely contradictory to what I had been quoted and, again, they honored it but I didn't like having to have the argument. I also booked this because of the free shuttle to the airport, which they neglected to tell me didn't start early enough for my needs so I had to take a taxi. The hotel was great and the staff very friendly, but I felt that the onus was on me to prove everything I had previously arranged. The room also stated a discount on drinks at that time at the bar, which the bar didn't seem to know anything about so overcharged me, which was corrected when I pointed out the error. Overall I felt that it the hotel promoted a "guest beware" policy where you have to ask, and prove, everything on your own. This made me feel that the hotel couldn't be trusted and was trying to take advantage. There seem to be significant problems with internal communication.

Service was great. Attention to the customer was excellent. All staff at all levels recognized you and greeted you.

Utilized Park 'n' Fly (not the first time). On return, car was not at the hotel but at the restaurant, necessitating a shuttle trip with return to hotel to pack. I expected the car to be available as before.

jacuzzi in room caters to couples

Occupants of the adjacent room had an all night party and made lots of noise (laughing, yelling, loud music) until 5am Saturday night March 31st without any intervention by hotel. Room 261. Breakfast was better in the past. Before had boiled eggs, more fruit and separate yogurts

It was above my expectation the only problem I had walk a lot inside the hotel to reach the room there are many shop around it

We have stayed before and it was nice and it is close to home.

The fact that I had to put the corner of the sheets on the bed over and over again. At 1 point it was 4 am and I was putting them on. I should of called the front desk but didn'T.

The Jaccuzi room was excellent. I would welcome the name of the company who supplied the mattress and (or) the king size bed as I had the best rest in a long time. All of the staff I talked too or saw helping others were very kind, pleasent and proffessional, and all of the above made us feel very welcomed and went a long way to making us feel totally relaxed. Some aspects of the breakfast were fine, however I have to say the eggs and the sausage, but especially the former were very very poor. I could only manage one mouthful of the eggs and I was done. I really enjoy cooking and eating food so this was a big dissapointment, and I had to assume that the eggs were made up from some form of powder mixture ?. I have stayed in many other hotels where the range of choices, including more healthy options on fruit other than just an apple, were made available. I hope this can be taken as constructive criticism.

The staff is polite, friendly, and very courteous. The hotel was clean, and welcoming.

We stayed on the first floor and there was alot of people traffick. During the night someone emptied their jacuzzi tub and it made our jucuzzi and toilet bubble VERY loudly. We could also hear water running all the time. Very annoying and distracting.
