Score from 1393 reviews Very good
I enjoyed the leisurely pace of fellow guests. The large selection of events (bowling, bingo, etc.), resturants, numerous machines, and table games was impressive.
I was assigned room 661 while parked in 'garage' 1. I was not told that 'garage' 2 would give me quicker access to my car when deciding on other away from the casino experiences.

Shuttle service is limited, should be extended to after hours
The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was nice and very well maintained even tho I was in a room that had not been completely remodeled
I loved the price.. Its a very beautiful place for families and young couples. I like the bus service that takes you to the strip and back. And the buffet was pretty good, had a veriety of foods to choose from and desserts were very delicious. Overall it was a good stay for my boyfriend and I.
The only thing that was missing was a mini fridge.. And the bus schedules could be extended maybe a little later than 9pm.
I like the autrium with the nightly water shows
The food from the buffet was absolutely horrible I think one of the worst I ever had. I had mc Donald's earlier that day and was also a bad experience I was given old fries food quality horrible also
You don't have to even venture into the Strip or Downtown only if you want. Sam's Town has lots to do. We went to a couple shows in Vegas though.
Had to get around into town
the casino the food the entertainment
the cleaning was poor floors were not being cleaned carpets had lots of build up around the edges and sheets smelled like mildew and there were bed bugs I got lots of bits there not happy about that
The staff at the front desk was not able to answer any of the questions that I had regarding my booking. They were very rude and intimidating. I would never come back to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all.
Rooms were decent for the price
Very inconvenient to unload vehicle and take luggage to room, no where to park close to main entrance, valet staff rude and non accommodating to allow self unloading. If you permanently park somewhere, you have to drag luggage through casino. Front entrance set up to use valet and bellman.
Was only visiting for three days this facility provided everything wanted and then some, utilized the salon, food choices galore, movies, bowling and the laser show was so nice! Would highly recommend and for the price definitely!!!!! Thank you!
It's a bit far from down town but not so much that I would change my mind about staying again
The buffet they had going in August . The special for the buffet you could buy dinner and get breakfast free the next day awesome !!!! Good job
Loved the hotel was off strip but not so far away it made travel an issue.
Never ever in over 30 years had to pay a deposit! Was embarrassing an disappointing!! Will book in town next time
The location was good for us since we were traveling through and didn't want to go downtown
I was charged fot internet access when I was under the belief that it came with the room
Deli after we were starving after paying for a buffet we never ate because prime rib was like shoe leather. Then proceeded to eat at dunkin food was stale and gross. We ate at sports deli at 1 am finally decent food.
Everything else stated above. Horrible service, food, hotel sraff and experience. Will never stay there again, ever. It ruined our date night.
There was something for everyone. Had a 17 year old and a 8 year old and no one was bored.
clean and good price. the stange thing is the required 100$ deposit which you need to pay when you check in...
Reception was very helphful. I like the rooms with view to the city not the parking lot as it happened in our last month stay.
Our stay on July wasn't great. Reception did not give us our $20dlls food voucher that was included with reservation. Reception was not very polite. I don't like you charging extra for the patio view.
I loved the room upgrade that they gave me at my recent stay.
When you book a night with a food package they said I had to use it instantly and could not use it the next morning for my breakfast.....
The bed was so comfortable
Very nice service good people.
Bus driver for your your shuttle service he should be fired. Not a very good person and should not be working with people.
I was impressed by cleanliness and full staff. I never had to go very far to find a friendly, willing employee to answer my questions
lot of places to eat.
I had to go to a different floor everytime I wanted ice. a real hassle. its the reason I wouldn't return.
The staff was very kind and accommodating, they upgraded me to a nicer room which was very much appreciated. The pool was so refreshing and nice.
The hotel was so way off the strip the airport shuttles didn't go there, it would have been nice to know this rather than learning about my options (the people at the airport said a taxi would cost $60, or the bus). I took the bus, it was incredibly inconvenient, waiting for the bus to change, learning about the transfers, etc... When I got to the hotel, the clerk said it would have taken $20-30. Had I known the options from airport to hotel prior to landing, I would have been able to plan better. The casino has seen better days, the buffet was disgusting- the options were not very good, no offers for vegetarians, the food was poorly made, the options were scarce, not well made. I was upgraded to a 'nicer' room, this only means that you get a fridge, which should be standard. The shuttle to the main strip was few and far between, waiting for it in the heat was interminable. The shuttle service back to the hotel ended so early it didn't allow for a lot of time in the prime of Vegas.
The rooms and water fountain
Nothing it was great. My name is georgia C.
