Was only visiting for three days this facility provided everything wanted and then some, utilized the salon, food choices galore, movies, bowling and the laser show was so nice! Would highly recommend and for the price definitely!!!!! Thank you!
It's a bit far from down town but not so much that I would change my mind about staying again
The buffet they had going in August . The special for the buffet you could buy dinner and get breakfast free the next day awesome !!!! Good job
Loved the hotel was off strip but not so far away it made travel an issue.
Never ever in over 30 years had to pay a deposit! Was embarrassing an disappointing!! Will book in town next time
Deli after we were starving after paying for a buffet we never ate because prime rib was like shoe leather. Then proceeded to eat at dunkin food was stale and gross. We ate at sports deli at 1 am finally decent food.
Everything else stated above. Horrible service, food, hotel sraff and experience. Will never stay there again, ever. It ruined our date night.
There was something for everyone. Had a 17 year old and a 8 year old and no one was bored.
I loved the room upgrade that they gave me at my recent stay.
When you book a night with a food package they said I had to use it instantly and could not use it the next morning for my breakfast.....
The bed was so comfortable
Very nice service good people.
Bus driver for your your shuttle service he should be fired. Not a very good person and should not be working with people.
I was impressed by cleanliness and full staff. I never had to go very far to find a friendly, willing employee to answer my questions
lot of places to eat.
I had to go to a different floor everytime I wanted ice. a real hassle. its the reason I wouldn't return.
The staff was very kind and accommodating, they upgraded me to a nicer room which was very much appreciated. The pool was so refreshing and nice.
The hotel was so way off the strip the airport shuttles didn't go there, it would have been nice to know this rather than learning about my options (the people at the airport said a taxi would cost $60, or the bus). I took the bus, it was incredibly inconvenient, waiting for the bus to change, learning about the transfers, etc... When I got to the hotel, the clerk said it would have taken $20-30. Had I known the options from airport to hotel prior to landing, I would have been able to plan better. The casino has seen better days, the buffet was disgusting- the options were not very good, no offers for vegetarians, the food was poorly made, the options were scarce, not well made. I was upgraded to a 'nicer' room, this only means that you get a fridge, which should be standard. The shuttle to the main strip was few and far between, waiting for it in the heat was interminable. The shuttle service back to the hotel ended so early it didn't allow for a lot of time in the prime of Vegas.
The rooms and water fountain
Nothing it was great. My name is georgia C.
Sam's Town is a one stop shop, we were able to do everything we wanted right at the hotel. If you want to go somewhere to relax this would be the hotel of choice.
The pool view room, because the pool stayed open late therefore it was very loud.
The games that are different and not to many casion's have
We liked having everything in one area so we didn't need to take our car out so often. The staff we encountered were all smiling and friendly which means a lot to us.
We didn't like that we had to either use a bellman or lug our baggage by hand from the parking garage. It was a long walk which took us two trips. Having a cart available for those of us who travel on a budget would have made a tremendous difference in how we viewed our stay.
I love the atrium
The buffet was terrible, got our money back.
There is so much to do there and the pool was very nice and so were the bartenders.
I made a reservation on line and when I arrived I had to wait a half an hour - 45 minutes for the guy at the desk to call and have the reservation actually put in the system.
Old room furnishings.
In front of the reception looks like a little town inside. Very relaxing to be if you want some fresh air from the waterfall. Lots of restaurants and eateries to choose from. Steak an eggs are great at the sports cafe.
If you plan on going to the strip, plan on a 30 min drive.
Quality of food.
Clean, comfortable, good choice of restaurants, full casino.
We were upgraded to a room overlooking the fountain and it was noisy.
Sam's Town is a true one stop shop for all you could want to entertain you. Cinema, 50 lane bowling alley, tables and machines. The light show! This was my third visit and I'm always impressed.
The free pen in the room didn't say Sam's Town on it this year...it was just plain. :( The reason for my sadness is I like to use them in the office to remind me of the fun I've had for a few months
We paid a little more but got a beautiful indoor suite....very good
