Clean and quite. Great size room with frig and microwave.

The rooms were comfortable and well sized with a great bathroom and separate wash area.

The staff weren't particularly friendly, and the location is borderline for walking, but perfect if you have a car.

Very little. Continental breakfast was set up on a 5' wide x 1' deep and apples, bananas, little pastries, mini muffins & coffee . . That's it and nowhere to sit, had to take back to your room which had no table to sit at. Breakfast was set up always around 30 minutes later than what they had posted. They came out in pajama bottoms and hair wet like they had dragged themselves out of bed. Front Desk: rang the bell awhile till someone came out, first checked into a room that was already occupied, calling the front desk you ALWAYS got their voicemail. Would NEVER stay their again!

Loved the room

We liked that it was within walking distance of the Riverwalk. The bed, which was a kingsized bed for both rooms were very comfortable. The room looked beautiful and it was roomy.

We needed more blankets and were thankful that we had brought a couple along ourselves. The front counter personel were not always available. The breakfast was not what we expected. It was rather lousy.

The rooms were very nice, loved the decor and the bed was extra comfy.

When I arrived, I rang the bell and after 15 minutes and ringing the bell several times, I had to call the hotel and let someone know I was at the front desk in order to check in. The rooms were beautiful however the towels in our room were dirty and the area sheets had stains on them. I also did not like the surrounding area, it looked like a place I would want to stay away from.

Was suppose to be 59.99 a night I was charged 59.99 for Mon, Tues, and 84.99 weds 59.99 thurs.

Compared to the $200/night hotels a mile away, this hotel is great value with free parking. The location is a bit remote but the desk arranges taxis that are only $5. to downtown. Very helpful and friendly staff. Bright, clean rooms with every comfort.

Great hotel for the price. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We were there for 5 nights for the San Antonio Stock Show at the AT&T Center. The hotel is only about 2 miles away.

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. But, from what we could tell, most of the area around the AT&T Center is. The people running the hotel aren't very friendly. For some reason the cleaning person didn't re-stock well. No toilet paper, cups, soap, and she would only leave 1 or 2 clean towls (there were 4 of us). It wasn't a huge issue since we would just go to the desk to ask for more.

Wish it had more variety of breakfast

The hotel was real pretty. I like that it had a garage to put inside your vechicle so you dont have to get wet when you leave the parking lot.

We loved that the motel was straight down Commerce St. Just blocks from all the Riverwalk action.

I loved how the room was decorated. I didn't even feel as if I was in a hotel. Bathroom and shower in great condition. Staff members were great and treated me as family. Clean and housekeeping kept in touch. Location was perfect for all attractions.

No pool and how it was hidden.

We loved the microwave and fridge and the spacious rooms for the great price.

The beds were a little too firm for my taste but they were comfortable.

It was close to the Alamo Dome

My bathroom light did not work I notified the staff prior to leaving for the day. I expected it to be replaced when I returned that evening. It was not fixed when I returned and the staff was not helpful at all! I was very disappointed that they could not fix it in 8 hours! I had to take a shower in the dark and I was hoping for a discount from the hotel.

Good hotel to relax

new furniture in the room. Clean room. Friendly staff. TV with plenty of channels.

There are only 12 parking lots for 19 rooms in he hotel, we got the last spot at night and we really didn´t want to park in the street.

The hotel was fairly close to the city and accessible easily enough with public transport. Well maintained and clean with nice facilities. I enjoyed my stay there.

Nothing about the hotel, although being unused to the city I initially felt insecure about the area. But it was not to bad in the end.

The location, even though on the border of an iffy area, was wonderfully close to the Riverwalk and plenty of restaurants, bars and attractions. The ac was ice cold, the room, staff and price were all fantastic.

The walls were paper thin, we could hear everyone else on the floor as well as a horrible fight outside in the parking lot.

Breakfast is really poor. Asking for help at late night could be a problem. Beside these, everything else is nearly perfect.

Rooms were very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to downtown San Antonio. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Alamo and Riverwalk. This is a new hotel. The decor was nice. Owners were courteous and very helpful. Nothing fancy. Only wished they had a pool, because it was hot, and after a long day of sight seeing, a dip in a pool would have been nice. That said, the price was right and the rooms very comfortable.

Excellent decor with great attention to artistic details. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Neighborhood is up and coming but still a bit rundwon in some repects.
