some interesting smells during the day, of the cigarette variety, which did permiate the room.
Staff is really bad during the night, there are no enough spots to park and the bed had some hairs on it before.
The price is ok and location is great
Distance to downtown, water front.
The bathroom is small, there was a bug, the sheet had stains, the ceiling had some stains as well, the side carpet on the wall was coming off as well.
Having a place to sleep and shower.
The parking lot. On the website, it says free parking lot available, but it is limited.so we had to pay $15 for a parking lot right next to the hotel.
I like the room, beds, bathroom. I asked them if I could have the room with a refrigerator and microwave and they gave us right away.
They Didn't have a Hairdryer
Bed sheets must have been 20years old, and likely not changed for as long.
Location is good, close to Gaslamp district.
Staff on first night was quite unhelpful (although another guy redeemed them), seems to be between two freeway exits
Location is good for access to Balboa park and the zoo
First the look was depressing and poor. There was a strong smell of benzine / naftaline which was probably due to spraying of mattress to prevent bed bugs. I was going to stay a week in this place but left after the first night. For that night they charged me $138 instead of $49. I didn't discuss I just wanted to run away from that place.
Paid 120 for a place that was worth 60 In the hood
The rooms looked liked they cut them in half to make more rooms. The tub was not what they showed in pictures. There were homeless people behind the hotel and hanging out on hotel property. An open attic in hall way. They say free parking but very little spaces available . Its first come first serve deal with parking but they sont advertise that. Its worth spending the extra money at another hotel.
The diatance to downtown
Bad bed Staff Floor in the room was not finished
smell in the room
Parking / not enough
Staff was friendly and helpful
They gave us the wrong room, them gave us a second one where they gave us a hard time for wanting to switch for what we ordered, the girl at the front desk was so unhelpful and sarcastic and then the appliances in the second room didn't work. They over charged us and lied about refunding us bc till this day I call back and still can never get a hold of the "person in charge" and the view from the window is bums sleeping beside the highway (too scared to leave window open) THEN they have an open attic in the hall where random people climbed in and knocked and jumped through the sealing! It was soooooo scary it felt like they were inside! They were purposely knocking and asking if we could sleep And finally on our last day I showered with a cockroach that I had to frantically water down the drain
Nothing! I'm still waiting on a refund for being over charged and I doubt I'm getting it back!
The homeless living behind the building In tents
The bathrooms and bed
air conditioner was noisy
location friendly and helpful staff
All service and room are perfect! Loved! Highly recommend! Awesome!
I didn't like that I was traveling alone for business and there were homeless people all around and sleeping in tents in the back of the hotel right out my window. Location was horrible, in the middle of two freeways, on ramp and off ramp! There were very few parking spaces and when I had to leave early in the morning I was blocked in. I was studying on my computer and the internet was very slow. It was just al really bad experience from the get go, I expected at least safe accomidations for $100 a nite
Truthfully I didn't like anything
Wi-Fi didn´t work in room 114. Pillows were su uncomfortable.
Staff attention Location Parking available. If not, there is a parking center right next and costs only 5 dollars for 12 hours.
Pillows are so uncomfortable On Room 114 Wi-Fi was good.
Staff attention Location Good shower
All night they quarreled with other customers drunken shouts and blows the doors, creating panic, but none of the staff spoke!!!
Everything else !
There was no parking and no full body mirror in the room
It was right off the freeway and close to gaslamp district
