The bathrooms and bed
The homeless living behind the building In tents
location friendly and helpful staff
air conditioner was noisy
All service and room are perfect! Loved! Highly recommend! Awesome!
Truthfully I didn't like anything
I didn't like that I was traveling alone for business and there were homeless people all around and sleeping in tents in the back of the hotel right out my window. Location was horrible, in the middle of two freeways, on ramp and off ramp! There were very few parking spaces and when I had to leave early in the morning I was blocked in. I was studying on my computer and the internet was very slow. It was just al really bad experience from the get go, I expected at least safe accomidations for $100 a nite
Staff attention Location Parking available. If not, there is a parking center right next and costs only 5 dollars for 12 hours.
Wi-Fi didn´t work in room 114. Pillows were su uncomfortable.
Staff attention Location Good shower
Pillows are so uncomfortable On Room 114 Wi-Fi was good.
All night they quarreled with other customers drunken shouts and blows the doors, creating panic, but none of the staff spoke!!!
Everything else !
It was right off the freeway and close to gaslamp district
There was no parking and no full body mirror in the room
Walking distance to Gas LampQuarter.
Felt a little shabby.
Cleanliness; value for money; Not much street noise
parking space is a bit limited
The location was great, staff was helpful, the room was perfect for the price. There was even a small side room with a love seat and tv which I wasn't expecting. A great find for my quick SD getaway.
Neighbor hood was horrible. Scary nothing but drugged out people and bums
Free parking, coveniently located.
The street felt unsafe
Parking unavailable. Poor Wifi. Extra money required at check-in that we were not informed about. Mattresses on the bed were rock hard...even for healthy backs.
- WiFi connection is acceptable; - Good bed; - Good bathroom;
- Located in the downtown border, far of downtown core by walk, per example; - To go to this hotel by car is difficult if you don't have a GPS or map, because you will need enter in the Highway and take the exit to 10th Ave. The 10th Ave is in the downtown oneway direction and to make the around the block is not easy.
I enjoyed how close of walking distance it was to downtown.
- carpet; stains and cigarette burns. - Cigarette burns in the sheets and comforter. - Unpleasant stains on the shower curtain. - Pictures online were very deceitful.
The room was clean enough to not want to throw up.
The owner was angry about something and took it out on us. Mentioned he didn't have any customer service because he has bad customers. Just beyond ridiculous. Was rude, threw the cards at me, no thank yous. No Sorrys... Just belligerent beyond understanding. I wonder how he attracts any business, and why this place is still in
Very convenient to walk to the gas lamp and downtown within minutes
Carpet smelled like cat urine and made the entire room seem less clean
It was ok, around 10mins walk from city center. Some homeless around but they are very friendly, wouldn't say "dangerous" at all!
Staff wasn't too nice. There was a lady at the reception when we arrived, and she was on the pjone with her husbend (not sure, just think) instead of takking care about us.. I didn't like it. Rooms are very noisy, but we were so tired that after the first nite it didn't bother us..
The room was spacious with a small couch and fridge.
It is located right next to a busy street and you hear cars passing by all night. The place is clean but not luxury. The price ($200/night) was way to high for what they offer.
price has what u need in a hotel a tv a restroom and beds
All rooms non smoking parking is very limited
Good position in San Diego, very clean and confortable room.
The WiFi doesn't work well...
