Check in/out was made super easy, wonderfully kind staff from front desk to valet, pristine facilities, everything was on point!! Thank you all!

The hotel was very disappointing and I was not satisfied with my stay. I was not given the correct room and then I was told there was no free water .... And then I woke up in the morning and went downstairs to see if there was a complimentary breakfast, there wasn't, and the breakfast was a ridiculous price so i starved

Room not ready upon timely arrival. No safe in substituted room. Missing towels, additional requests for glassware but quickly supplied. The attendant made 3-4 trips to our room as we noticed items not re-supplied. No complimentary Wi-Fi or breakfast even though we are Marriott Rewards gold members.
Convenience and professional, courteous, accommodating staff.

Room was described as deluxe with a balcony. What we got was a 6" ledge!! No place to relax & enjoy the weather

The staff went above and beyond to make our weekend with them one to remember.

Thin walls allowed me to hear tvs and other things in the adjacent rooms and outside in the hall.
The room was comfy and clean

My reservation did not come up on the hotel computer. Turns out it was under my son's name?!! Their computer froze. I had to give them my credit card a couple of times. I reserved for 2 - bed room with pull- out but got a king bed with pull out. The pull out did not have beddings so I used the sheet on the king bed and wrapped myself in it to sleep in the pull- out. UNCOMFORTABLE!! Though the king bed was comfortable I guess. My mother who is elderly had difficulty getting into the king bed- too high for her. The staff tried to make up for the snafus and gave complimentary parking and breakfast. I did not avail of the breakfast. I did request for a late checkout because my conference ended at 5 pm but was refused.

I had reserved a Deluxe room with to beds and when I got to the hotel I was given a regular room with 1 bed . It took a while to her registered into the hotel. I complained and clerk said "it looks like you booked through a 3rd party" . I said I did because going direct through Marriott was a lot more expensive .

Everything overpriced: $28/night parking. $20 for a decent breakfast. $230 night, only because I booked via booking.com. normal standard rate is $350+. They even wanted to stick me with $20/day for WiFi -- until I squawked so much they took it off the bill, This hotel does everything for the handful of super gold plated frequent stayers in their rewards program, but just gouges the rest of us. They don't even have coffee for guests in the lobby (go to their restaurant and pay $20 instead). If you've got money to burn go here and enjoy it. I do not, and will not do it again.
Clean, comfortable room and hotel. Good breakfast, but overpriced (no, even at $230 a night, no breakfast included).

We were not told on check in that breakfast was an extra charge, we were just told where to go for the breakfast. Only AFTER having the breakfast buffet were we charged. Similarly we were told where to park but only AFTER checking out were we charged $22 plus taxes for parking. House keeping woke us up at 8am on a Saturday and 3 glasses of wine in the bar cost $75. Don't go.

no free wifi-way expensive, $28 to park is ridiculous
Super clean, very comfy, easy to find, great staff

Bath facilities very dangerous for older travelers. No grab rails anywhere, nothing on bath floor to prevent slipping. Would have liked a more interesting neighborhood to stroll around in
Was very convenient to my host's residence. It was efficient. Like most big hotels.

No breakfest nor parking included and don't give you all the information when you check in. They don't really help you
Clean and convinient location to the hospital.

Bar food could have been better.
Good location, comfortable room.

We were not aware of the $22 for parking until we pulled into the garage. Disclosure of this on your site or at the front desk would have been nice. Nicer still would be free parking with the room.

Everything was great!

Not enough toiletries and bed wasn't as comfortable.
The area is pefect

No free breakfast? Having to pay for $22 for parking is super steep. Also in this day in age pay for wifi? Really?!?! And not even like just a small added fee. If I wanted the high speed internet it would have cost me half of what I pay for a whole month of high speed at home. Another negative was the very thin walls.... Plus slow check in and out were slow.

No hotel today should charge for wi-fi in the room. If not, be clear wi-fi is available free of charge in the public areas.
Friendly staff Mushroom flatbread was delicious!!

I found out AFTER booking the room that the pool was out of order and guest(s) were being directly to the Hyatt (this is not around the corner). Neighbor's downstairs smoked pot and this could be smelled while standing on the terrace. Wifi wasn't free and neither was parking. Valet was $28/day and self parking was $22-24/day - we got around paying si,ply by parking on the street adjacent to the hotel.
I/we loved everything about this place! The freeway accessibility was amazing not to mention the plushness of everything. The hotel seemed to be really chic. Every room appears to have a view of something - we could see the mountains and city lights directly over to the Hyatt.
