Close to SFO and the BART system. Walgreens and CVS just across thee road. No real sense of security in the place. The only external door to the common corridor was never locked, even at night.

Everything is well prepared and maintained. Very clean, and breakfast is also good. Easy location. GPS will not capture this hotel address and name.

Morning staff wonderful and helpful + light breakfast perfect Shuttle is shared, did not know that and while I got there on time, caused a bit of concern as I thought about taking a cab at 5:30 AM.

We requested for a room that would be convenient for my 83-year old granny and 6-month old son, and we were given the accessible room with a baby crib all set up, on the ground floor. Appreciated the extra space. Was also great to have a waffle maker included in the breakfast line up! No porter. Also we arrived late at night and asked if there was anywhere to grab a bite. We were told the only place was about to close in 30-45 mins. Having the very old and very young in our party, we estimated by the time we moved our luggages into our room and settled down, we weren't able to make it anymore. However, upon leaving the next morning, we realised there was a 24-hr supermarket just a short walk away. Would have been great to know about it so we could have bought some food.

Helen, who manned the front desk, was so helpful and accommodating. She moved us to a superior room with microwave oven and fridge, at no extra cost, when we asked if we could loan a fridge. Millbrae is not an exciting or vibrant area to holiday in, but it is very close to the airport, and the BART and Caltrain stops being so near Dylan Hotel do allow quick access to SF and the cities in the South.

Very good... Friendly staff. Breaksfast v good. Walking distance to bart. Good airport shuttle to fo. Really convenient location and services. Free wifi worked well. Elevator not working is a mess if you're on 3rd floor. Rooms bit small, but perfect for spending all day out in the City.

The hotel is next to the BART location. So it's very easy to arrive there even without a car. Plus, the rooms prevent almost all the noise and therefore I have a sound sleep. Finally, the hotel provides the free shuttle to the airport and some other places.

Very professionally run motel-like hotel. Pristine with a large king-bed room. Within 500 feet of Caltrain and BART Millbrae station. 24hour shuttle service to the airport, every 30-minutes. SF airport is 5 minutes away. A very fine one-night convenient motel for travelers. It is a motel, not a full service hotel. Not a criticism - just a fact.

Convenient to airport. Shuttle service to / from airport. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Breakfast ready at 4:00 AM!. Much better than average breakfast menu. No refrigerator in room
