The Dylan was comfortable, clean and quiet and a good value. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Convenient to airport. Shuttle service to / from airport. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Breakfast ready at 4:00 AM!. Much better than average breakfast menu.

Six pillows on the bed but all were high loft and firm. They should have two low loft, medium and high to better accommodate guests.

Bed is extrimely good - slept as a baby! Good hotel to stay a night if your flight delayed.

near by airport, to the place of return rental car is about 4 miles, and to airport is 2 miles. Room price included breakfast and free parking and free wifi, so it's worthy. there have pharmacy and restaurant around here.Room is big and reasonalbe space arrange.

The price and location is great! The staff is very welcoming and the rooms have recently been renovated. You also get a nice continental breakfast in the morning. Bart and the train station are close by as well as the airport. You can leave your car for up to ten days. It is a good valu and we use the hotel any time we visit San Francisco or fly out of San Francisco.

Small crowded room with a mildewy odor in room. No fridge horrible coffee machine and no microwave.

Older motor lodge style layout, but room and public spaces were fresh, clean and well appointed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only about a mile away from sfo airport, perfect spot to stay over if your flight arrives in the evening and want a simple clean room for the night with breakfast ( included) in the morning.

Easy to find but tricky to access - the address is El Camino Real, but access is only from a service road parallel to El Camino, or another street behind the hotel.

I like the friendly staff, the localization near from the SFO airport and the free shuttle to the airport. The rooms are spacious and very confortables. Certainly, I will booking again.

Nothing really. The owners have made a good attempt to freshen up a basic motel layout. The room I had was a little dark and old fashioned to my tastes.I'd replace the carpet but it was clean. The bathroom/shower was new and more modern in style.

They have shuttle service to airport, it's very confortable. Near by shopping center and some restaurants. Also near by Caltrain/BART Millbrae station. And its breakfast is also delicious.

Staff is nice and friendly. My room is big and cozy/comfort. There is a Japanese restaurant next to the hotel, which is very convenient for those who like to eat japanese food. Also, there is a plaza (5-min walking distance) where you can find cafe/starbucks/grocery stores.

Close to the SFO International Airport with convenient shuttle service for early morning check-in.Comfortable bed and room facilities. Good for a one night stay.

Noise coming from third floor above my second floor room late at night (after 10 pm) - Heavy walking and dropping of articles on the floor. Sounds of aircraft landing ended at about mid-night.

It was very cute and clean rooms. The bed was really comfortable. They staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. The Room rate was good too.

Receptionist very helpful.Great location only 2mins walk to train station, very comfy beds, continental breakfast and free airport shuttle. Supermarket, chemist and restaurants across the road. Excellent value for money

The staff. I left my goods at front desk while I checked in at 7:30pm, but when I found it, it was about 2am. I went to the reception again to check if they pick it up, they confirmed with me some information and returned my goods. Many thanks for these staff!
