The dining room, food, and staff were outstanding The noise level from the freeway was so high that I had to run the TV all night just to obliterate the noise.

The most wonderfull location for a transit flight to Scandinavia and Helsinki. Early breakfast though was not there.

Your hotel is disgusting. It smelled like mildew in the elevators and the room smelled, too. The iron holder, drapes and remote control were also filthy and looked like they have never been cleaned. The bed sheets were over-starched and the pillows were lumpy. Overall, I felt that $104 was a ripoff. I'll never stay at a comfort in again. I would gladly pay an additional $30 to stay somewhere else

The booking made by booking.com last Feb. For me was aborted. I entered the hotel as walk-in. Paid as walk in. They cant find any communication in the computer despite me having a copy of the said reservation.

Recently renovated room was comfortable. Plenty of room, though not a huge amount of space. Restaurant was decent though slightly over-priced for dinner. Breakfast buffet was ok. Convenient to sfo airport. Poorly designed ground floor. Elevators not where you expect them to be, nor are the facilities well-signed. The hotel appears to be designed mainly for medium-sized conferences and meetings. $18/Night parking fee a tad on the high side.

The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. When I booked my room, I had breakfast included, however when I checked in, this was not explained to me, I had to go back to the front desk for the voucher, even then, it was not explained that is was between certain hours. I also did not appreciate having to pay additional for parking. The curtains did not cover enough of the window to keep the room dark.

Shuttle and close to airport. Restaurant on-site. It was the noisiest hotel I have stayed in at this level. I don't expect quiet from a low-end budget hotel, but I expect more from a Crowne Plaza. The facility needs to upgrade the windows, or do something for sound-management. Earplugs are nice, but when I had to wake at 5:00AM I couldn't wear them or wouldn't be able to hear the alarm. Plus, it's pretty bad that a hotel needs to provide earplugs to guests.

Very convenient location The water pressure of the shower is very low so that we are hard to take a shower. I asked for the inspection by hotel staff for 2 times and they didn't do that. The hotel staff replied me that the water pressure is always like that and no one has ever complained for that, which I do believe at all. My room no. was 632. Again, I don't believe that the water pressure of the shower in room no. 632 is qualified.

The pool was actually heated- most place consider a 65 degree (F) pool heated. This one was actually comfortable and quite clean. The hotel was easy to get to and had a cute strip of restaurants nearby.
