Nice lobby and pool area
rooms were very dated, although a remodel is in process.
Facilities, landscape well maintained. Location is X'llnt. My primary complaint was the room. It needs gutting and completely redone
Room was 70's. I felt unclean in the room. Toilet leaked on the floor. Carpet and walls were enough of an indicator to turn around and leave. Sheets paper thin.
This property was located in a quiet neighborhood in an upscale neighborhood in Fresno. The outdoor garden areas of the hotel were quite nice.
The room pictured online was freshly remodeled. The room I received had dirty carpet, worn furniture, and a television that escaped from the 1980s. I was disappointed about this.
We got the deluxe suite this time. It was cute and cozy, well decorated and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. We liked the flat screen tv's in both the sitting area and the bedroom.
It was raining and we would have liked to have sat outside in our patio area to enjoy the rain but there was no oning so the chairs were all wet.
The ambience of the courtyard is wonderful. The suites are clean and with modern amenities. Great location near Fig Garden.
The wi-fi was a little weak and slow. The coffee was weak, too. The elevator would yell at us (sound an alarm) every time we used it.
The garden and public places are clean and preety
This place is crazy. The outside looks like a luxurious boutique hotel, but the rooms looks like they haven't been . renovated (or washed) since the 60's The antique TV is something I have only seen in old movies
stay in suite, have 3 rooms good environment
very noisy at night, can't sleep well
Facilities very clean, spacious and quiet.
Facilities in need of renovation (which is underway in other sections). For instance, electrical receptacles almost unusable.
I can say I really do like much about the place was pretty dirty and employees were very helpfulI can't say I like much
fortunately we were able to stay there because of the credit card issue
It may just be my nose but the grounds everywhere smelled like urine. My husband couldn't smell it though.
plave was empty very quiet
old tv no remote old matress
i like the fact that it was home away from home..
This was a little piece of heaven in the heart of the central valley. It wad nice having a seperate sitting area in the room so the other person could sleep. We had a ground floor which had a patio and small grass area to enjoy the evening and mornings. The wayer features were relaxing to listen to and easily take you away from it all. The pool and spa were relaxing and well accommodating for any to enjoy the patio furniture.
Seemed some of the room was an afterthought when upgrading was done. Towels were way to small for average person. Would like to have had a little bigger closet. Not much of a selection for breakfast but great staff instead. There was not a business center which today is disappointing since the WiFi signal was very weak in our room.
I felt safe in the location. It was quiet very clean and a large space for the amount of money you pay. The staff are extremely helpful and very nice and informative. I spoke with Michael when I had to leave early and he was so patient and nice and more than willing to answer any question I had.
I did not like that it wasn't updated. The television was difficult to operate the beds are hard and there was no outlet next to the coffee pot so I had to brew the coffee on the floor because that's where the outlet was. And one of our keys stopped working
Lights in living room and bedroom didn't work,tv in the living room didn't work, sliding glass door wouldn't lock.
The worst internet I have ever seen
The grounds were gorgeous with lots of beautiful vignettes for sitting and contemplating. Water features everywhere. Beautiful pool area and workout facitilities.
We looked at about 15 of the 20 pictures featured. What we didn't realize is that we would end up with a budget room from the 70's. After looking over the pictures again the last two pictures showed the rooms we got that I wouldn't wish on my most hated enemy. Mouse holes in the wall, stale smoke and cat smell, windows that didn't quite close, carpet I wouldn't touch with anything but shoes, bed that was so old it was just rotten covered springs, TV's that were popular in the 60's, and a bathroom so moldy and outdated that I couldn't bring myself to use. We brought in our camping equipment to sleep in and left at 4:30am. A very "shudder worthy" unit. I felt deceived by all the updated, modern looking picture of gorgeous rooms and thought we were getting an amazing deal. In this case, it was a true "read the fine print" lesson. We should've listened to our gps when she said turn around. But we booked online and it was non refundable.
Comfy Bed, quiet, but need more updates.
Ants in the room/bed No TV in bed area and too uncomfortable couches to watch TV in Living area. Lamps in bedroom did not work unless overhead light was on. Bathroom outlet did not work. TV was too hard to figure out how to operate. Continental Breakfast was poor! Coffee with no cups, cereal with no bowls. No pastries. Room had a musky smell to it.
Large rooms and very apartment like.
Overbooked and had to spend first night in one bedroom unit vs. 2 bedroom that had been reserved.
Clean, decent but worn out, ok breakfast
The beds are great in the suites and when I have had any issues I have always been accommodated with either an upgrade if the problem can't be fixed or a discount on another room. I always prefer this wonderful place over any place in Fresno. Usually stay once a month or so and will continue to do so
clean, friendly staff (not knowing about a fantastic restaurant near the hotel)
little bit smelly...as the older facilities are sometimes..
I loved the upgraded room I was given after I complained. It was very comfortable and decorated very nicely. I loved having the gardens right outside my door. This was a very pleasant visit. I travel for business and would love to stay again but not sure my work would pay the upgraded price. Loved the dog friendly atmosphere .
The room I was originally given was totally unexceptable , old , ugly, so outdated ! I have not seen a TV that old for years! I can't believe you would book this for anyone. I did go back to the front desk telling my concerns and they did upgrade me at no extra charge. I was here at least 5 years ago and you were upgrading then. I thought you would be done by now.
Beautiful lobby, pool, quiet, friendly staff. Great price.
Older furnishes, rooms do not match the beautiful lobby and grounds?
Space. Good space for good price
Old items everywhere, beds, electronics and furniture
