We liked everything

Everything was perfect

Near the airport, very clean and comfortable.

We had to argue with shuttle driver to get on even though we were on the shuttle list.

The lobby of the hotel was clean and quite honestly misleading based off of the room I had. The staff was nice and kind, helped every question I had. The best part of my room is that it was quiet despite the proximity to the airport. I also loved the bath toiletries.

The room was just adequate. Nothing special. The wallpaper was peeling, the air conditioning was noisy, the bathroom was questionable, and the air vents were covered in dirt. I felt like I paid about $50 more than the room was worth.

They were not located 5 min from California's Great America like it said. They had no record of our breakfast package, I had to tell them and show them my booking voucher. There was not a variety or any sort of selection for the buffet. The same each day. They were not very nice, the room had a large dryer in it drying the floor when we arrived. There was a large piece of glass leaning against the wall they never put back. I had a 7 year old with me and that was dangerous. There was not a hot tub. I thought I was paying for location and something comparable to the Ebassy Suites. For the price, I would have picked them. They are much nicer.

While the lobby and exterior were recently updated the rooms were not and are in dire need of a facelift.

Convenient to the Airport

Bedding appeared stained in many places....if we had been staying more than 1 short night, I would have complained. Room was freezing cold and we had a lot of difficulty getting the air to turn off. Shower seemed to flood after only a few minutes showering.

Nothing!!!!!!! It was way over priced and my room was not clean at all!!!!

Ease of Access Location

very close to public transportation. VTA was just a few steps away from the hotel.

The bedroom area was as big as an average hotel but the bathroom area was quite small. A sliding door that wouldn't close all the way seperated the bathroom from the bedroom. There was NO ventilation in the shower area and the thermostat in the bedroom was not functioning properly. We had to keep the window open to get some air into the room.

Courtesy, comfortable, affordable and very trendy.

The room was clean & looks new.

The staffs were not well trained, especially in handling the reservation under booking.com. My booking was made by my men, but guest name is under my name. They could not see my name, and keep on saying there's no reservation for me. I also had to I chose 'with breakfast' but they just said no. I had to prove them all with the printed out confirmation, but still they look unhappy. Of course, I was more unhappy. That made me feel bad for this hotel totally.

Location is convenient to businesses and facilities.

Thin walls. Could not get much rest because of noisy neighbors slamming the door and talking into the wee hours of the night. Bring ear plugs just in case.

I like the fact that the pool was clean and heated. The breakfast room was great service

I didn't like the hair that was left in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor. Felt like i was in someones room. The room itself was clean but the bathroom wasn't 100%
