The comfort and style of the Inn is amazing and the friendliness of the staff here was brilliant. Even with the free in-house baked cookies lol. A small but cozy room with a fantastic view and a handy location to the waterfront as well as BART for the city and other areas. Very much a nature-surrounded and perfectly relaxing getaway from any city chaos and a perfect location near the waterfront.

Their was a great view of the bay from Oakland side. The staff was great and worked to keep each guest happy during the stay. There was a walking path along the bay which was great

The continental breakfast had a lot of food choices and was very good. The staff was very, very friendly and gave excellent service. The fact that on booking.com it showed the room having a queen bed and a twin bed and there was only a queen bed. When I questioned the hotel staff, they remarked that they had heard about this from other customers. I had to pay an additional $10 per night for a rollaway bed.

Most everything. The illuminated light switch and the night light were novel ideas. The mattress was very firm as in "hard." It was not comfortable. My wife had a hard time sleeping because of the firmness. You definitely are not a Marriott hotel.

I appreciated the luxury touches - the in-room keurig coffee maker, soft throw blankets, fire in the lobby, full breakfast spread, evening snack, microwave and small fridge, and the mini-harbor view of the bay. Also liked that it was close to the airport, with shuttles if needed, and a short drive to downtown San Leandro as well as nearby trails for hiking/running. Room was small for an "executive suite" compared to my expectations from pictures online. Property was well kept up but seemed a little old, and in the industrial district. Wouldn't have liked staying without a rental car, only 2 expensive restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. A few times we needed assistance and they went above and beyond normal help. The staff actually remembered all in our group and were able to find one young friend who was registered under father's credit card. We just barely got airport shuttle as our plane came in delayed. Shuttle wasn't available when we had to fly out.

The marina itself was kind of cute, and enjoyed the morning complimentary breakfast. We were told by lobby staff person that our room would have a golf course view, but instead it head a parking lot view...

Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The free breakfast was above average with lots of options and high quality. The lack of a restaurant in the hotel and the feeling of a lack of safety outside the hotel after dark. (Which really is more a statement about the Oakland area than the hotel)

The staff is great. They are always friendly. Overall, a nice place to stay. A little noisy this trip. Room furniture was dirty. Water and wine glasses could have been cleaner. Had to wash before use.

Amazing little Hotel! The staff super nice, rooms are clean and have everything you need. Heated pool and spa pool as well as gym are nice! The location is nice too if you are in San Leandro! Awesome restaurant right next door where you get a 10% discount if you show your room key!

They treated their guests as family. Breakfast was well put together and enjoyable. There was even 5:00pm cookies and milk! Rooms were comfortable and has a dark shade for late sleepers. I will go here again. The price was great!

Quiet, safe, well-maintained property....just about 5 minutes from the freeway. A couple nice restaurants nearby with discounts for hotel guests, and a very good continental breakfast was included in the room rate. Would recommend this location for trips to visit points on the East Bay, or even San Francisco due to its close proximity. Be careful about walking around the hotel grounds and the Marina at night....I saw a couple skunks during my evening strolls.
