Fan in bathroom did not work and shampoo/ lotions not changed on arrival. We were compensated per night so that was good.

Not having room ready as asked and after asking for comp. On parking, we were put very fast into a ground floor room. We know it is not the type of room we would have had and was super small. undecided if I would recommend you or not.

Attractive design, clean, incredibly friendly/courteous staff(particularly Ariel and James), great location, breakfast selection was more than anticipated.

I liked the friendly staff. Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice. Also I liked having the breakfast with so many choices.

I have rhumatoid arthritis and the bed was too soft, could hardly turn myself over

Rooms were clean. River Walk & Alamo were within a couple of blocks. Staff was extremely accommodating.

The bed felt comfortable, but I was restless every night.

The map given with the booking not good. We decided to walk as we had bussed in and no one really could advise. (We are mature and don't carry all the technology. Luckily a yound boy checked his phone and walked us there!!

I submitted a sales tax exemption form upon checkout and it was not honored. I was told that I had to submit it upon check-in for it to be honored. This is the first time I have encountered this issue with this tax exempt form.

Close to the Alamo and river walk and good dining and shopping. We wanted a hotel that we could walk everywhere and couldn't have picked a better one.

Traffic in San Antonio, but that is to be expected I guess.
