Very clean and large room. Good location.

Very clean hotel and very helpful and friendly stuff. Nice location, right next to the Riverwalk. Attention to Eco-friendliness.

The breakfast could have been a bit more varied.

Do not trust this hotel with your credit card! They have double billed me, and even though they admit that, they are blaming my credit card company for holding the funds for going on 10 days after my stay now. I have contacted them numerous times, they say they will call me back and they do not. I have never had any problems with my credit card company before.

See above.. I want two rooms so I can stay awake for a bit after the kids and enjoy TV or time with the wife.

Spacious room and beds, free effiicent wifi, plenty of work space, with good kitchen facilities, regular efficient cleaning, friendly staff.

The room is big, walking distance from the convention center where I attended the medical conference.

The breakfast is poor, all the week one of the two elevator was out of service.

I booked early and received a great rate for the size of the room. We had a 6 month old with us, so having the kitchen and all the extra space was great. We had a pack-n-play set up next to our bed and we didn't have to sacrifice any room. still had plenty of space for my wife to set up her breast pump, feed our baby, etc...

The closet space could have been bigger. If people are using these as extended stay rooms, they more than likely have a lot of clothes.

The staff are nice. They helped us for early check-in and late check-out.. the design and the decoration of the rooms are cool.. Close to riverwalk, 5 minutes walking. There is public parking just opposite to the hotel. Good breakfast. We stayed in the 10th floor and we didn't hear any noise except one time and maybe for 5 minutes only for workers in the next building using a drill. other than that the hotel is really quite..

There is no room service after 2 PM, so if you party hard the night before :D and woke up late they won't clean your room. Some hotels have room service until 4PM.

woudn't stay here again ,spent 3days no internet ,and no effort to get any plus air conditioner failed several times making it very uncomfortable l

Otelin konumu iyiydi.Odalar geniş,yatak ve yastıklar konforlu ve rahattı.Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.Adaptör satın almada Joe,otelin karşısında bulunan Wallgreens'e kadar gelerek bana yardım etti.Kandisine teşekkür ediyorum.

Avrupalı turistler için adaptör yoktu.Tüm Amerika'daki otellerin adaptör verdiğini söylediğimde Manager hanım son adaptörü bir misafire verdiğini en kısa sürede bulacağını söyledi.Sonraki günlerde adaptör bulmadı.Kendim gidip satın aldım. Kahvaltısı zayıftı. There is no adaptor at hotel reception.Manager promised to find an adaptor but she did'n find the latest days.I Bought adaptor.Otel manager should buy adaptor for Europan visitors my opinion. Breakfast is poor.

habitacion oscura y falta de locion y acondicionador. no tenia identificacion cual era el shampoo y cual era el bodywash....

В общем, все понравилось. Номера чистые, находится отель удобно: найти легко и исторический центр близко. Вернулась бы именно туда. И да, Сан-Антонио прекрасен!!!

Не понравилось отсутствие парковки, принадлежащей отелю. Пришлось платить за частную, но, собственно, это указано в описании.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo às principais atrações turísticas há uns 10 min a pé do centro de convenções. Quarto muito confortável, limpo e espaçoso. Cozinha completa, com muitas facilidades e de ótima qualidade. Próximo ao Riverwalk, ótimos restaurantes e ao teatro.

Café da manhã muito fraco.

El servicio, cuando llege me dieron una habitacion sucia y ocupada la persona que la tenia no se habia ido. Con un olor muy penetrante a tabaco. Despues del error baje para que me dieran otra habitacion y pedi si se me podia cambia a una habitacion sin olor a tabaco. Y se me dijo que no. Por tal razon busque otro Hotel en los dias posteriores. Solo ocupe la habitacion de Home 2 Suites by Hilton por una noche. Saludos

I liked that the River Walk was so close and most sites are within walking distance. I have to say that Hilton has the best beds. (:

I think you should extend the breakfast for an hour later. San Antonio is a party town and people stay up late so they like to sleep in and when they do that they miss the breakfast. ):

Parking was difficult/inconvenient and the valet was too expensive

Reasonably priced, good location. Above average breakfast choices.

Room did not get cleaned during stay (oversight by cleaning personnel) ... which wasn't a huge deal. It was extremely clean when we first entered the room.
