was expecting a horrible stay but was shocked at how amazing it was for such an incredible price
when i was in bed i could hear the neighbor snoring - not sure if the walls were that thin or if the guy had the worst sleep apnea in the world
Everything was excellent.. Thank you all..
amazing location helpful friendly staff great balcony/view clean room and facilities hot tub/pool Provincetown harbor/beach close working fast wi-fi
The staff was great.
The bed and sofa bed were terrible! Worst night of sleep in a hotel!!
The room was large and clean. Kitchen facilities were a plus. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The cafe served a good breakfast. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The Murphy bed was not that comfortable. The TV was too small. The second floor guest paced the floor from 5:00-8:00AM, which could be heard quite clearly and kept me awake.
Facilities and staff were all excellent and the place was a great value for the price. We will definitely come back.
The layout of the space.
No AC. I want to come back this summer, but I must have a condo with AC
The sliding glass door with the beautiful view and access to the beach.
The carpet. They need to replace it with laminate flooring.
Spacious unit Friendly Staff Quiet room
Too much money Bracelet No heads up about stairs Too long check in spiel Beds too small (full not queen)
the staff is great nice, helpful, wonderful. The studio was just right.
it was not summer!
Price, location, friendly staff.
Room walls were a little thin. Could hear people next to us through the night and they were just talking in normal voices.
The individual that checked us in - I believe her name was Sue. Very knowledgable and helpful. Ian not sure of the young girl's name is that answered all my questions - she was awesome too
The staff was knowledgeable - there were two individuals that I was impressed with and one not so much. Made rude comments when asked a question about the shuttle.
Beach proximity. Friendly front deck staff.
Murphy beds. Staff's attitude in dining room. Noise from adjoining units in front building.
The location was good. The room was clean.
The facility is old and warn out. The upstairs smelled like stale cigarettes.
The staff was very friendly. Allowed us an early check in, which is a huge plus for us! Location was nice, not too far from town. Beach and pool was very clean. Our room was 312 which had a view of town, the bay and the pool. Private patio .Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. Booked on line and found a better rate $149.00/per night with a 1/night stay.
Décor could be much better in our room! Found some mouse droppings in one of our drawers! Didn't see any activity anywhere else!! I understand this happens, so it wasn't a huge deal for us. Like I said, the kitchen was VERY clean. I don't think I would have paid more than the $166/room + tax I would go back.
The hotel was very good, right on the beach, with lots of other fun stuff on the grounds.
The hotel is about a 45-minute walk from town, so you will need to have a car, a bike, or be there when the (seasonal) shuttle is running.
too far from downtown
Good location close to the beach
Far from town and attractions. Breakfast restaurant very inefficient - it took 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Self service would help. Very confusing between categories of members, owners and guests. Our rooms were not serviced.
Location is convenient Private secluded beach
-Dated furnishings musty stained carpets -Murphy and pull out beds very uncomfortable -balcony furniture dirty and stained -no Airconditioning -tiny TV -noisy neigbors -overpriced for the amenities offered
the hot tub was extremly dirty/water very foggy
Location close to town
It was old, no bedroom just a Murphy bed. No smoke detectors. Could be a fire trap.
I loved that the staff explained everything when we arrived, they even told us there the local supermarket was. We had a room on the ground level facing the outdoor pool which was nice for a quick jump into the pool. I loved that we were close to the beach, although we traveled there in September which is not the perfect time for the beach, but everything was quite because of that. Also we had a huge room, with kitchen and a couch.
I liked everything, but some might want to stay closer to the Provincetown. We walked to town and it is still a 3-4 mile walk.
Location, parkimg, comfort
Too expensive for what it offers. Will not stay again.
We loved how spacious our room was and it was very accommodating for two adults and one handicap adult in a wheelchair. We also had to bring a lot of medical equipment and the room provided enough tables and outlets.
The only thing that wasn't a great experience were the beds and especially the pull out sofa bed. It was broken and springs literally were popping out of the mattress. The second night I had to sleep on the floor and my back still has not recovered.
