I was so impressed with the comfort of the bed I wanted to take off the sheets to see what kind it is. The staff was very kind and friendly. We felt pampered by them. They know what customer service is about.
what a gem! we were looking for close to old town and inexpensive- we got both PLUS a unique place, "green" bath products and great staff. Owners are onsite and eager to assure our comfort and satisfaction. we'll be back!
Just about everything was first class. Definitely, the best value for the money.
Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful! Very clean and modern rooms.
The proprietor was wonderful, available for all of our needs and so kind and thoughtful!
The pool is disgusting. I could have ridden the cockroach in our room. The carpet was filthy. Cars kept coming (and going) the whole night. After seeing the green, slimey, stinking pool, there was no way I was eating the free breakfast. We ran out of the motel, as soon our eyes opened in the morning, after not much sleep.
The room was clean, the owner was very gracious, location is OK. The air conditioning needs some help (we were given a fan and that made all the difference). Would stay here again:)
The owners are very friendly and run this motel like a B&B. You feel like you are a guest in a friend's home. Very nice room. Very nice grounds. Very close to Old Town, The Zoo and Gardens. Easy acces to the University. Very good price for what youn receive. I will stay here every time I visit Albuquerque.
This is not a criticism, just a comment. The pool is small and more suitable for children, although it is deep enough to require parental supervision.
Staff was very nice. The bed was great, and the room very clean.
Location is a bit to be desired, but close to old Town which was good.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The place is family run, by a family that takes great care to please the guests. Don't stay in a corporate motel, stay here!
Great owner who goes out of her way to make sure you feel like you are staying with family. Extremely hard worker
The room was clean and had air conditioning which was nice as it was crazy hot outside. Beds were comfortable. It had a fridge that we didn't use but it was nice to have.
arrived way later than planned due to vehicle troubles. Yes I realize it would have been polite to call and notify them we'd be there late (around midnight) but It was not the first thing that crossed my mind while sitting along the side of the highway waiting for a tow. Nor while in the waiting room of the maintenance shop for an extended time. Whatever. When we arrived I got "scolded" for not having called to let them know. Really? I don't care how late I am you're a Hotel and I am a paying guest. Not cool. based on that alone I do not know that I would stay here again as it put a bad taste in my mouth.
Owner, Kay, made us feel like friends. Large room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was simple, but good, with waffles (made by Kay), cereal, yogurt, fruit, and pastries.
Neighborhood on the way to the hotel is a little shady, but the hotel itself has a gate and is close to old town, so is safe. So,don't be afraid!
Very nice room for the low price. Kay the owner was very friendly and attentive.
Nothing negative to say. The neighborhood wasn't really the nicest but I never felt unsafe and the room was very nice inside.
Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kid friendly. Good location for access to ABQ Zoo, Natural History Museum, Old Town, Aquarium, Botanic Gardens. Minutes from downtown.
Reserved room requesting quiet one. There are no Quiet rooms in this Motel.
What's not to like?
Price, comfort, convince
I couldn't connect to wifi but didn't care enough to call for help. Given that the front office was anxious to please I believe this would have been resolved had I pursued it.
Pool needs to be outside and much bigger.
Loved it!! Great location! Owners were so nice and accommodating!! We will definitely stay here again!!!
Cont. Breakfast Quiet Charming Friendly
Our cable service was interrupted and we had no TV, but didn't spend much grime in our room.
Great value for money. Clean, spacious rooms and a great breakfast. The staff were welcoming and helpful. A really excellent introduction to the USA.
The owner was very helpful and friendly. Room was adequate for our brief overnight stay on our way through town.
The location of hotel is in kind of a rough neighborhood. We did feel safe, though. Pool is not very inviting. Our kids were a bit disappointed.
Great place to stay, lovely owners on site, really good beds. A must Stay!
