Loved the fire pit on the beach and the food was great.
I was surprised we had to pay for an umbrella at the beach and was kicked out of the front row since they were reserved but empty. We paid a resort fee and thought the staff could of handled it better.
Location, beach access. Nice amenities.
Booked an ocean side room. One was not available at check-in.
Restaurants were good and always accessible

We thought an ice cream "parlor" would have been a nice touch.
It is so rude when guests "save" chairs poolside and then don't arrive for two hours. I think A towel should be given to A guest. That would somewhat curtail some of the aforementioned unfairness.
That it was on the beach
Apparantly we had a "free" upgrade to a one bed suite, the rooms weren,t as modern as I,d like, no sun on the balcony, but the room I originally booked was supposed to be. Ice machine didn,t work, stains on the settee, broken controls in the spa bath, 4pm is far too late to check in. No info on check in re hotel, breakfast, business centre, spa .. Nothing. Had to ask for every bit of info.
We loved everything about this resort. Everyone was was so friendly and the resort is beautiful. We selected it because the pool was on the beach and was easy to go back and forth. We are going back.
Great location near shops, restaurants etc. Short walk to Pier 60 which has crafts, entertainment etc. Great beach area.
The pool was small for a resort this big with screaming kids everywhere. If you like peacefully hanging out at the pool with mostly adults, you may not like this place. It was very crowded the whole time we were there.
Pool was out-of-control crowded seats taken all day by people who are not there and are not using them. We sat so far could not watch the kids in the pool. There has to be better way to use pool seats fairly.
The concierge was great, and helped us immensely with planning activities.
Housekeeping continuously banging on the door starting at 9am
The cold buffet breakfast was minimal. There were no muffins no whole-grain whole-wheat goods except perhaps some whole wheat toast
The extra charges on everything...parking, resort fees, etc.
Not all staff very good. Valet gave us wrong car( we had a hitd car)which we didn't realise till we'd left hotel. Valet as soon as we arrived gave us ticket, I asked if we could check in then get luggage. We checked in car had gone! It states resort fee includes beach chairs. For the first 3 days we had chairs on beach. On 4th day I was handed a bill & told you'd paid for umbrellas, I said I didn't want the brolly. Attendant said the chair I was on were for guests who paid for brolly, he indicated chairs to the left set back. I explained I had been coming down for 3 days , never charged to same spot. A manager was fetched. He said just this once he would wave charge as resort fee didn't make it clear. Beach staff were polite. Breakfast staff said we couldn't sit outside even though there were spare tables . Nice hotel, good position, but normal resort seems reasonable till all extras added. Staff some were fab, others rude or unhelpful. Feel there should be staff training. Shan't visit again.
Staff at front desk was so accommodating. Hotel and grounds were spotless!Food on-site was much better than other comparable resorts. Fresh, and I really liked that there were Gluten Free options clearly marked. Breakfast Buffet was outstanding - fresh choices.
we had to ask Housekeeping for replenishing basics like shampoo and soap after the 3rd day, which we used up quickly with 4 people.
Too little creamers for coffie.
This resort is nicer than most I've stayed at in the Caribbean.

Hotel was wonderful - having all the activities (corn hole, footballs, etc) and movies, in addition to the beautiful facilities, was wonderful. Staff at the pool & spa were very helpful and nice.
"Uniforms" that the staff wears in the lobby & spa are actually depressing. And concierge staff did not recommend anything that I couldn't research myself. I asked about some of the restaurants that I saw near the hotel, or which may have been in walking distance, and they gave no information that was helpful. I was just in Savannah, and the concierge gave me multiple wonderful locations of restaurants to walk to for dining - was very helpful & informative. I also found $ on a lobby sofa, and gave it to the concierge. They seemed to think this was very strange, and didn't put it in an envelope or do anything just in case the rightful owner asked if anyone had found this money...Just stating these items because I would want to know as an business owner.

the location was wonderful. the beach amenities were nice.
light bulbs burnt out, no cream and sugar for coffee in our room. shower was horrible. Bed was hard and pillows were worse. Waiter at breakfast got entire order incorrect. I asked if i could change out credit cards for billing and they stated that there was no need, as that happens at checkout---well i got a zero balance invoice under my door with no option to charge another card.
