Our room was quiet, large and clean.

Not a fan of plastic silverware etc in the kitchenette.

Room had a microwave & Fridge and was clean. Bathroom was clean and updated. Bed was very comfortable. AC was perfect, nice windows to open. Quiet location. Pet friendly. Nice morning continental breakfast. Office staff was very friendly.

- The room was of good size with lots of facilities. Very comfortable beds. - The girl who checked us in (pm, 25th April) was friendly and funny whilst maintaining a professional attitude.

- The sink being outside the bathroom - in the morning I had to clean my teeth and wash my hands in the dark so as not to disturb my sleeping husband by turning on the light. - The breakfast room was rather basic - food was OK but the decor was not particularly welcoming.

When booking the hotel I was only charged for one night for some reason. It was a huge ordeal and I will not be using booking.com or staying at the Sandwhich Lodge.

very courteous , helpful & attentive staff. Large clean room, bathroom and sitting areas. Enjoyed indoor pool and spa. appreciated coffee and tea being available 24 hrs a day. conveniently located to many Sandwich & Cape attractions.

Bed pillows weren't as comfortable as I remembered from a different visit.

The beds very comfortable! It was quiet probably because it was in January. Sandwich is a lovely town. Hotel is conveniently across from Stop & Shop and other stores. The pool looked nice and there were lots of kids in there that weekend.

Big room, nice facilities, friendly staff. Good place to stay while visiting Plymouth and other Cape Cod historical sites.Adequate breakfast.

Lighting in bathing area a bit too dim. Breakfast room gets crowded at peak times.

Hotel was very welcoming. Large room with good facilities. Being English I particularly liked the fact that I could get a cup of tea 24 hours a day! We all loved Sandwich as a place to visit and would like to come back and stay longer another time. Particularly good for visiting Cape Cod.

No complaints at all. Had 2 nice evening meals and a lovely lunch in a cafe in town.

Nothing. Couldn't wait to check out.

Rude staff at check in. Rooms were dirty complete with musty smell and multiple spiders. Outside pool was dirty. Indoor pool area carried a heavy chlorine odor. The whirlpool had suds in it.

The room was 2 feet away from the pool. The pool area was clean and inviting. The outdoor pool was also very inviting. The front desk staff was very helpful in giving directions to many restaurants and other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was lame. Bedding was low end.

The room was spacious and pretty. The pool area was very nice. We had a relaxing time and your hotel made it very nice.

Our refrigerator froze out food and soda and insulin. Soda exploded all over the frig. We were asked if we wanted to clean it out...I said that I would rather not clean a frig during vacation. they swapped it u[ with another one. We were told that the thermostat was set on high.

Access to beaches and stores

Good location. Fit our need for a room close to a nice beach, bike path, food and pool. A clean, quiet, room with lots of hot water, good AC, and parking at the door.

We enjoyed having the deluxe suite. We had always stayed in Plymouth, but this is closer to family and plan to stay there next year.

The cleanliness of the room and the facilities (pools) were great! Much better than I expected when I booked it online.

Price was good. Restraunts near by.

Bathroom was pretty bad. The seat was pretty nasty, the tile floor was dirty and cracked, and the shower was dirty as well. There was hair in a variety of places. My wife is a nurse and I am a paramedic. My wife was ordered in for that Saturday and they needed a seven days notice to cancel. I figured four days should be sufficient.
