Only stayed for 5 hours since was very tired but had energy to drive home later
The 2nd time, I stayed on the 2nd floor. Horrible smell. It felt filthy. When I came back, room was not cleaned and I was told that I had to tell them to clean it.
The 1st time that I stayed there, it was on the 1st floor. It was great, very clean. 2nd time I went back, I had reserved it for more than 1 night. They gave me upstairs and I told them that I cannot walk upstairs due to my bad knees, however, they still said "1st floor rooms are only for 1 night."
towels are very small. bathroom is dirty. no coffee settings.
nothing at all.
The shower didn't drain properly and had an odor coming from the drain. The walls needed to be washed as well as the front of the dresser. You could see where stuff had been spilled on the walls and left to run down them. The doorway to the bathroom had dirty hand prints on it as well as the light switch. The vent cover on the wall was coming off. there was no screen on the bathroom window. There was a dead cockroach behind the bathroom door. Had I discovered these things the night before, I would have demanded a refund and found somewhere else to stay.
the restroom door not even close, dirty, and run down motel. it should have ranked as 1 start motel the location is not safe due to local environment around the area....
air conditioning was fine and maintenance staff was trying to help
Everything, the room is falling apart.
The smell in the room.
advertises to more than it is...
Close to where we needed to be...
The price was OK, but what you get for that price is a little disappointing to say the least. The bathrooms are atrocious, the bed was like laying on a sheet if plywood, the pillows were literally paper thin, and when I asked if I could get another room, I was told that they are all like that, no difference. So I had to ask for basically another entire bed set to try and make the sleep somewhat more comfortable (which I was allowed a comforter and a sheet).
The only thing that I can truly say I liked was that no one bothers you... But that's probably because no one else stays there!
dirty maid lazy
room is below fair
location , very convenient to where I need to be
Staff is very very rude and judgemental
Price was fair in a pinch
The toilet was leaking and the shower was sort small
That no one bothers you and you can relax
Room smell cigarettes and carpet dirty, no cleaning and towels in bad shape. We have to buy toilet paper to replace the only half in the room, we also had to buy a glade or something to kill the smell in the room. Glad we only get very late in the night and go early in the morning
The lights wernt working in room 206
I liked the privacy of the room no noise
Some road noise, noisy late arrivals, and had a loud fridge. Difficult to excess the credit card machine to put in a PIN.
The staff was very helpful and considerate.
The man at the check in counter was curt and not at all helpful and we could barely understand or hear him through the bullet proof glass. the room was dirty; Our bathroom had stains in the tub and on the walls, we only got 1 small towel (a rag basically) even though we said 3 people were staying together. Went to the "front desk" to ask for two more towels so they gave us one. Got one small bar of soap and nothing else. The beds were hard and the WiFi reception was terrible. Basically, the only reason you should stay here is if you're stuck in Santa Ana with no where to go for the night. Otherwise, it's a dive. At $80 a night I feel completely ripped off.
The bed was dirty under the sheets! The room smell bad the shower was horrible the sink didn't drain and there was lots of crazy people around.
staff was rude and lack of cleanliness in bathrooms
There simply is not sufficient space to detail the experience. The owner was absolutely the rudest individual and has no clue on what customer service means!
The proximity to the museum!
Upon arrival, the owner was not at all welcoming.. He indicated that both my credit cards would not go through which I found more than surprising. He demanded cash. Shortly after, I used my credit card in a store and it cleared instantly. The towels were exceedingly thin and there was a tiny bar of soap. Fortunately, my travel kit has all necessary items in the event the hotel doesn't. If you are on a budget and merely need a place to sleep, i would give it a barely passing score.
It was close to the museum.
rude host, moldy rest room, dirty towels, smelly (curry) office
