Jessica provided exceptional service and always with a great smile and quickly.

The food offered in the Commons room could have been kept warmer and the massage chairs repaired.

1)One night there was a guy, with what looked like a prostitute, was having sex outside our door on the 4th floor! 2) One night we came back after supper and our room had not been clean

Avatar was a reasonable hotel. Clean and with all the amenities I needed ( I.e gym, pool, business area).

The bathroom was too small and the setup inconvenient. Having the sink separate from the tub & toilet was awkward Toiletries were not refilled, only upon demand.

It was close to the convention center... Walking distance. Really that is all we needed

The coffee was very bold that is the only thing I would change but now that I know I can bring my own coffee.

Very Quiet, good location, colorfulness of the furniture, easy access to lobby and elevator.

Amazing Design-Theme Hotel. Great Rooms with high comfort. Awesome design - kept 360-degrees in complete house. Good quality gym. Nice common room with massage-chairs. Next-door pancake restaurant, also pretty nice and with a discount for hotel visitors.

Very friendly staff. Free evening snack reception during our stay was very nice. The free massage chairs in the Commons lounge were an unexpected bonus. Parking was easy.

Security did not feel good since there is nothing to stop anyone coming up to your room door from the street.

There was no microwave oven in the room.

The pictures online were deceptive.

No 'do not disturb' sign. Lack of openable windows. Our room was infront of stairs despite plenty of open rooms. Drafty front door.

Staff of the hotel was really excellent. Good looking facilities, looby, friendly environment with shared space.

Room need investment: keep a 1 inch hole at the bottom of the door is a contradiction with the "green" image of the hotel since your cooling/heating outdoor, plus insect can come in during night. Bath and shower also need investment.

Really liked the hotel

Friendly staff, but the hot tub jets did not work the whole weekend, we complaint at the front desk on saturday evening and nobody came to look at it. When we were checking out on Monday others were also complaning.

Our recent stay was to attend a Convention at the Convention Center. We were very pleased to see how close Avatar was. Price for our stay was okay.

Our room was too small for two adults and two children. Found ourselves climbing over beds trying to get ready for the Convention, Not easy when you have to iron and get lunch ready in room. The decor was nice but some things just crowd the room. 1. The big orange chair in room was way too big for such a space. 2. Doors to closet were Very difficult to open. If one was at the sink the other person could not open closet. 3. Cubbies for items on right side of sink though trendy design, not practical. When closet doors open can't reach stuff in cubbies. WARNING.......... *****Big NO NO would have to be the reading lights next to bed. My daughter, 5 yrs old and myself , burned our fingers trying to turn off the light. Not serious burn but IT HURT! Even the little on /off switch was HOT. Not kiddie friendly.
