Santa Clarita Motel  

Voy todos los años al Motel y siempre me he econtrado muy a gusto.

Este año encontre sabanas y toallas viejas y casi rotas a pesar de estar limpias. No me pude conectar por telefono para hacer llamadas locales. Faltan detalles que agreguen valor a la estadia que no es barata. Tal vez lapices y alguna libreta para hacer anotaciones, la posibilidad de algún snack de bienvenida o gaseosas. Detalles que no son caros pero estimulan el retorno y fidelizan a los clientes. Generar mas calidez y cercania con los clientes....marcar la diferencia que se que la pueden lograr.

Really just a 10 minute drive from six flags. And on you're way there or back to the motel you pass a lott of eating places and a mall.

It says to be a design motel, we couldn't find any design features. Just a motel, just like al the other ones.

It was very clean and comfortable. Location is close to Six Flags Magic Mountain and Valencia. Free wifi and parking

The staff weren't that friendly

The room and the bath was clean.It is close to Metrolink Station and city of Valencia.

The treatment of the receptionists is terrible,they are rude to the guests,when I was checking out the guy in the reception neither looked in my face,and just took the card and said "have a good day".They think that they are giving you a favor. The remote control of the tv wasn't with batteries or was brooked,and they have no commitment to the guest. The website says the check in was the hour 1:00 pm, but when I called, they told me that my room was not ready yet. And when I got there at 2:00 pm they were still finish to clean my room. And the funny thing was when I complained, they told me they could not do anything, and I would not receive more hours for waiting and I should check out at 11:00Am. They have a good price,but it doesn't mean that you have to have a bad treatment.

The bedspreads are nice. The reviews were mixed so I wasn't sure what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised to find it comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy which was exactly what I was hoping for.

The tub could use a handle bar, especially for seniors, like us.

I had to have surgery at the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital and this hotel was a great deal for the one night I needed it. Its not fancy, but it was clean and had lots of tv channels. There is a train across the street, it woke me up, but my boyfriend slept right though it (I'm a light sleeper, he's not). It was a nice place for the price.

cost and location was within 3 miles of conference so easy drive if have own vehicle.

Hated the drunken brawl on night two and the hispanic drinking party on night three. For a small out of the way motel, they had a lot of drunking activities.
