Santa Clarita Motel  

Muy buena la atencion y muy limpio

Voy todos los años al Motel y siempre me he econtrado muy a gusto.

Este año encontre sabanas y toallas viejas y casi rotas a pesar de estar limpias. No me pude conectar por telefono para hacer llamadas locales. Faltan detalles que agreguen valor a la estadia que no es barata. Tal vez lapices y alguna libreta para hacer anotaciones, la posibilidad de algún snack de bienvenida o gaseosas. Detalles que no son caros pero estimulan el retorno y fidelizan a los clientes. Generar mas calidez y cercania con los clientes....marcar la diferencia que se que la pueden lograr.

Noisy location next to road and train.

Cable tv had espn and local stations. This is not to be overlooked because a lot of hotels say they have "cable" but may not have espn. The room is huge! My king bed sulked at the ends but I guess that is normal. I also like the medium sized refrigerator and microwave.

I lucked out because there was no freight train that woke me up.

Value and location

Too close to the fwy. A bit noisy.

The Wi-Fi was easy to access and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.

The railroad tracks across the street did cause a lot of noise throughout the night and there was a homeless man going through the dumpster about 8pm one evening. Not the most secure area of town but good value for the money.

Good value for the money. We would stay there again.

The location was not the best, however there were no problems at the motel.

Road noise was very loud!

The hotel was very clean, and the rooms had a nice, recently freshened up look to them. The woman at the front desk (who I believe was the owner) was very nice and friendly, and even let us use a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine.

No frills at all but a good value for the price. Clean and decent location.

I was unaware the outside of each room faces the parking lot. And parking was abit tight the weekend we were there.

I enjoy the free internet. The shower works really well.

The bed's a bit uncomfortable. Sound passes through walls very easily; including a train which will shake the entire apartment. Also, not all channels listed on the menu guide are available on the television, including: espn, amc, cbs, hbo

This motel was very nice, clean and comfortable. WiFi worked, Bathroom was smaller, but nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.
