It was clean, decor was warm and traditional and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The lobby internet access was not working

It needs a BIG CLEANING. The ledge, clearly visible from elevator, was so dirty and dusty is gave me a creepy feeling

close to the boardwalk maybe a two minute drive, located in a neighborhood it was nice n quiet , and the lil balconys are nice.

Bathroom was very slippery when wet tubs need grip at the bottom, breakfast was nice but it was very packed in the hotel when I went.

Slipshod maid service (towels not returned / no replacement in-room coffee packet) Inadequate outlets - no place to use/charge personal electronics (even the maid had to unplug a lamp in order to vacuum)

The location was great and the staff was friendly and quick to fix any issues we had.

Friendly check in. Fridge, microwave, and coffee pot in room. Wifi worked fantastic.

Hard, very uncomfortable bed. Rooms are in poor condition. Broken tiles on bathroom floor, stained carpet. Had to charge my phone in bathroom as there were no open outlets in the room.

Staff was pleasant and friendly.

"Continental" breakfast was really skimpy. We had to pour the dough into the waffle maker ourselves. We were very disappointed for the $$. We would never stay there again.

Friendly staff - maybe another staff person because every time at the desk had to wait for about ten minutes to get assistance (more towels for pool, returning pool towels, directions to local Safeway). About ten minute walk to boardwalk with grocery store down the street a block away. Very nice place for single dad with kids.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The pool and hot tubs were small yet nice. The landscape of the facility was relaxing and enjoyable. A very convenient location in walking distance from the boardwalk, pier, and beach

We had to wait 2 hours after check in time for our room to be ready! Apparently booking.com didn't coordinate my reservation with the hotel. Other hotel guests hadthis same problem. Luckily the hotel had a room available. It was larger but not as nice it had a pull out couch was old and lumpy. Lighting was dim and poor. The night staff tried to tell us that the couch was comparable to a King size bed. It was more like s Full size bed. Finally after 1hr of the night staff trying to locate the error in our booking (Yep, I had to go through this AGAIN)and arguing about the condition of the couch he finally gave us a rollaway bed at no charge. After going through all this I should've gotten a discount on my stay or at least a free nights stay.

Convenient, comfortable, friendly, clean, pool,and spa, breakfast with large selection.

The Counter Staff was very Friendly and the Hotel had a very comfortable Family Friendly environment.

The Housekeeping Staff seemed disconnected not helpful.

Nice place and close to the beach/ boardwalk. Good deal for the area of Santa Cruz.

Difficult to locate, seedy neighborhood, lackluster staff.

Our stay was comfortable and very pleasant. The staff was very nice and very accomadating. Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was above average. WE enjoyed our stay very much and would defiently stay there again

The only problem we had is that on our first night the parking lot light shined right in our room, it was like a spotlight and very blinding. WE asked to be moved and the staff was very nice about moving us to another room the next morning

NEVER AGAIN!! These normally $59 rooms going for $200 a night? Insanity. The TV was older than me with a remote that didn't work. The covers on the bed had burn holes in them. They advertised the room as a Queen bed when it turned out to be a double. And to top it off, the front desk had a really poor attitude when I brought up the fact that the bed was not a Queen size( btw, I'm 6'4 and my legs hung off the bed) It's a shame that they couldn't do a better job.

Very clean and well priced. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again .

The location was great

They didn't have the reservation correct and they initially gave us a very beat-up room. I had to negotiate with them to get a decent room.

The price was very affordable and the location is close to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, my destination.

We were able to get an extra hour for check out just so we could go shopping longe very nice staff as well as pet friendly all in all I give it a 10 outa 10
