Breakfast. Location. Quietness.
Toilet was very noisy. Town shut down too early
Staff was great, nice room, free breakfast. Nice location. Comfortable bed. Nice big flat screen to watch movies. Nice property grounds.
I was hoping for a peaceful and relaxing stay here but the exact opposite was the case. I'm not sure who was in the room on top of me but it was a nightmare. .stomping on floor, running the shower all night, lod taking, banging the doors,I didn't sleep one bit. I called the guest services and they were nice enough to refund 25.00 to me, but I still was dissapointed. I think alot of people tend to rent room to party and that's unfortunate for people that want relax at bedtime and be able to sleep . I would probably stay here again if I had to rent a room. Hopefully this was a isolated incident. I have to say staff wonderful.
the place was near downtown and offered a shuttle. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the room also clean and offered extra amenities such as blow dryer, fridge, lotions, etc.
a bit pricey for a small room and the chairs were scratchy and uncomfortable.
This hotel was amazing! The facility, the rooms, parking and the team were all great! 2 min wall from Whole Foods, which is a great thing. Less than a mile from downtown and the main attraction street. Kudos to the management and all the team!
I cant really come uo with negative points.
This is a wonderful location for visitors who are just visiting the area. The shuttle is wonderful. Whole Foods just up the street; and breakfast and staff excellent!
I had trouble connecting to the Internet which was frustrating.
Clean, comfortable beds, close to the center (walking distance = 15-20m)
AC device pulses air directly on one of the bed, small rooms cluttered by furniture
Cheap and very close to my meetings and to Whole Foods.
I was on a lower floor suite and could not get any sleep as I could hear every step the people above me took. I changed rooms, and the TV in the new room had pretty terrible sound and picture quality. So, overall it was a bit disappointing.
location, comfortable bed with good reading lights on both sides
we were assigned a handicapped room; staff didn't give us a phone message from a restaurant that cancelled our reservation; printed wifi password contained a space that prevented hook-up
Fabulous location and breakfast okay. Grounds are very nice. At checkout, Larry at counter was very friendly. Decent price for location.
Our reservation for king bed was not honored even though we made reservation months in advance. Staff, young woman, said we had an upgrade as compensation, but we didn't see it! She also said Inn can't guarantee you will get what you reserve if you go through a 3rd party. ( As in Booking. com?) Room was very dark and so crowded with furniture that we had to go single file to walk by foot of bed. No place to hang clothes, used ironing board. We left a day early because we felt we were in a dark hole.
The absoluty worst TV that I have ever encountered in any hotel/motel in which I have ever stayed! Also terrible wi-fi reception! When I checked out I told the desk clerk about the problems and she just shrugged her shoulders!
Comfortable room with everything you need Breakfast, shuttle to old town
Rooms are small with bulky furniture which s colorful but to large for the rooms. Management is changing thisl
nice breakfast courteous and helpful staff reasonable parking rate
room was a bit small
We enjoyed the location, the service was very good, we liked the shuttle service to the downtown area, could have been later. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay again if I returned to Santa Fe.
the WiFi was not always available the rooms were a bit cramped and the pool a little small for the size of the hotel.
The location is excellent for Santa Fe although a bit of a walk when it's very hot although there is transport from the Inn. The extra space now around the pool.
The room we had seemed very cramped, we know from past visits that the rooms are small but the furniture was too bulky and old. Maybe we were in an unrenovated block. We certainly didn't feel our loyalty was rewarded, as it had been in other places. The breakfast area is even more crowded with the waffle station, a place this big needs more than one 4-slice toaster!
Relatively close to downtown. Room was clean.
Room was small. A/C blew right across the bed as we slept - too cold. Noise from above woke us up during night. Parking space seemed to small - problems opening doors.
Shuttle and breakfast.
The light remodel of this old motel with short throws and coordinating spreads gave a positive veneer to the old motel. The walks to the Plaza is pleasant with a few culinary discoveries"
The wi-fi was unusable. Breakfast set-up was as dismal as any chiffon motel.
Staff and location were excellent!
Would have liked a microwave. The refrigerator was very small. Bed was not very comfortable.
A fair price for a good motel near downtown. The shuttle, although we did not use it, is a nice touch.
$ 5.00 a day parking fee. So tacky!
Good Breakfast, great & helpful staff. Nice to have access to computers.
The pool is very small.
Pleasant, welcoming staff. Clean room and common areas.
Strength of Wi Fi signal a real disappointment
We stayed for 2 nights. The room was comfortable and clean. Just as a comment, we found the driveway a little difficult to access for the first time but this was OK after that. A good experience.
Paper plates and plastic cutlery in the breakfast room. The spoon was totally inadequate for eating cereal.
Friendly staff, easy to reach location with good beds and breakfast included.
Bathrooms a little small
Breakfast and the shuttle to town.
Location, can walk to The Plaza easily with my dog. Breakfast is good.
2nd day of stay, I walked briefly on the room carpeting before taking a shower. As soon as I got the bottoms of my feet wet in the shower/tub was leaving BLACK footprints on the surface. YUCK! They had a plackard on the wall asking us to save water by reusing towels, etc. However, the shower/water spicket system was super wasteful. When pulling up on the valve to put water to shower head, the water still ran just as fast to the tub spicket. There was so much water coming out that the drain could not keep up it all.
