Very friendly and cooperative staff. Intimate courtyard/patio for free breakfast was great! Interior of casita was beautifully furnished in Santa Fe style.

    Bed was very firm.

The motel was nice and the staff was friendly overall, but I think it's probably way overdue for some updating. The price was also pretty expensive for what you received due to several events and art festivals that weekend.

Kiva fireplace at the outdoor breakfast patio, the homemade green chili at breakfast, the small size of the motel, quiet, great location to walk to plaza.

Lovely decor, large room, refrigerator, hot breakfast with many choices-- fruit, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, scrambled eggs, tortillas, and chili -- served in or outdoors in lovely garden area, on real dishes, not paper and plastic. Excellent quiet location with free parking, minutes from everything. Choc chip cookies on check-in.

We liked the location, a 15 minute walk from the main plaza of the city, and just under that time for the museum of art and the museum of history, as well as many attractive shops and many restaurants. A bus stops nearby that takes people without cars to many attractions, such as the museums on Museum Hill. Across the street is a shop that sells food, but most of it is Asian snacks so don't count on making your own supper even if some units have a kitchen (as I think some do). The room had comfortable beds, extra pillows, a central noiseless fan, air-conditioning, a bench, reading lamps, a dresser. We were in 2 rooms during our stay: one in the motel building that had two benches and two beds, with the sink conveniently separate from the toilet-and-shower room. The other room, in a cottage (called a casita) was smaller with one bed, one bench, and all sink-shower-toilet facilities in one place. Breakfast includes fruit, eggs, cereal, toast, sweet rolls, juices, sausages, even almond milk, teas, coffee and decaf, served outdoors in a shaded area or inside at a communal table. Pleasant staff at all levels. Attractive planting and design.

When many people were using computers, the wi-fi was poor. It is excellent in the casitas close to the office, so ask for casita 24 or 25 if you have to be on line reliably. Near unit 8 there was a strong odor of cat, which for me reduced the pleasure of sitting outdoors in that area.

    Location, cozy and quiet

Breakfast was chaotic and generic but free so can't complain.

We had booked for two nights but they made us switch rooms after the first night and it took until after lunch for the new room to be ready. That was a bit annoying.

    Location and breakfast

Booked through booking.com a king room, when arrived only a room with 2 queen beds available. Room too small for 2 beds and aircon ineffective, so room was far too hot! Didn't feel staff really cared. Will not return.

The breakfast was really good and the outdoor seating area was great.

Had Beatles in the room, Nats were on the fruit and they cleaned our room before we checked out.

Breakfast was incredible and the hotel staff was very helpful. There was confusion with our booking (check your confirmation emails and make sure booking.com has the correct dates), but it wasn't the motel's fault. They were very accommodating and answered all of our questions - they even helped us with altitude sickness!

The wi-fi was weak in the rooms. The decor was also dated.

Romantic, charming, walking distance to main attractions. We stayed in a "casita" and enjoyed the distinctive Santa Fe decor, fragrant piñon smell of the room, the quirky angled walls and just the uniqueness of it. Room 25 was right next to the little breakfast kitchen, which woke us up with the smells of breakfast being made...we didn't mind it! And the breakfast was just delicious...lots of fresh options to choose from and really tasty, well-selected ingredients. In fact, we didn't need much lunch either day because breakfast was so hearty.

I loved the Casita I had with a great patio view. The room was well decorated with a comfortable bed & pillows. The large refrigerator was a plus along the Egyptian cotton robes

Reservation was inaccurate even after two additional phone calls.

The complimentary breakfast was very good and served in comfortable surroundings.

Due to its location, access was somewhat tricky. Once there, i was better able to deal with the access issue.
