We enjoyed being in Santa Fe. Just not at this hotel.
Our room was so small that we had nowhere to put our suitcases and were literally tripping all over each other. When we complained to the staff they said that was the size of a traditional king room. It was tiny and depressing.
Character of the place especially he bar restaurant. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Noise from room above, jumping around like a herd of elephants
The staff was excellent! We were new to Santa Fe and everyone went out of their way to help us with suggestions of places to see, what to do, when to visit, and what to expect. The shuttle was the best value of our visit and the drivers were friendly and informative. We did not use the spa (next visit plan!).
We would skip the restaurant. While the meal was good, the price was higher than the quality and the price of our drinks from the bar were even more expensive. Again, service was excellent and made the evening a success.
Cozy, classy place.
Free Parking Lovely Mountain View WiFi Fantastic food and local beer Excellent location Open Fires in restaurant and bar/lobby Traditional south west themed rooms and pueblo style hotel.
Very professional and supportive staff. Liked the jacuzzi. Hotel decor is impressing. Location is good and close to downtown.
Resturant was not as good as I expected
Location and history
It rained! :)
We loved the location walked to the town great food at hotel restaurant
beds were comfy.
Spa employee was really rude. We stayed 3 nights, went to the Spa on Sunday October 5th to see about a facial or massage and she treated us like we were wandering in off the street. Very rude and not helpful. The TV doesn't have many channels and no movies to rent.
Beautiful decorations, clean rooms, good history.
Our room was alongside the main road and the noise of cars and motorcycles were extremely loud. Staff was o.k. not great.
Desk personnel very good.
Bar service and personnel iffy.
Friendly staff, very clean and well maintained, excellent food, good entertainment. Private Bus service to area attractions.
Wish it were walking distance to the plaza...but if you have a car or use the hotel bus service it works out fine. Public parking near the plaza.
this hotel has a wonderful sense of calm and the native american decor in the public areas only adds to this. The quality in the restaurant was very good and I loved the layout of the restaurant, which was open to the garden while covered. Great service from the friendly staff Good location. Would return.
Comfort and the gracious, helpful staff
Shortage of parking and too far from the Old Town Plaza
Lack of closet and storage for personal items. Little too rustic decor.
Location, staff, shuttle, parking
Mattresses in Room 142 need to be replaced now.
This is a wonderful place to vacation. Beautiful interiors in keeping with Santa Fe style. Outstanding staff--friendly, efficient, and well-trained. Loved being being shuttled around in a purple London taxi. Next time I plan to get a suite. Oh yes, they walk your dogs for you.
The desserts. I ordered carrot cake. It was cold--obviously taken out of the refrigerator. Even if it had been room temp, it was not good.
I was in Santa Fe for a class that kept me busy from 9 to late in the day. I wasn't able to use all the facilities available (spa, pool, exercise facility). But it suited my needs perfectly. I was able to come back to a quiet, clean, peaceful room at the end of a hard day. The restaurant was top notch and the bar makes a killer martini.
Loved that a driver was available to take and pick us up for the Folk art Market. The cold water bottles were a nice touch on a warm day. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Would recommend it!
Breakfast was very nice and the dining area so pleasant, Like the fresh coffee on every floor.
Setting, Chef and female host for restaurant, bartender, ,wait staff, Food was 5 Star,
Parking, luggage carriers not readily accessible, no porters, no variety in gift shop
Clean hotel, friendly staff, reasonable location (5 minutes from square). Plan to go again
Such warm and welcoming staff and not one of our needs went unmet. We arrived to a complimentary upgrade and everything about our stay was perfect, from the amenities, restaurant food and ambiance and the amazing shuttle service that drops you off and picks you up in a matter of minutes. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Santa Fe. Thank you for your hospitality!
