The staff was very nice...the room was clean if a bit musty The room was very run down...the shower, teeny...just a very run down and tired atmosphere- I think the place needs more than just a fresh coat of paint

You had a decent-sized tv and free water!, but not much more. The strong smell of must, what looked like dirty sheets, a toilet seat that was broken - these are a few things that would keep me from coming back.

I don't like Santuit Inn. The reason is the pictures that I saw on Internet let me seem that the rooms were large with big windows! The room have not a good smell. It's smell humidity or dirty carpet! I saw a lot of odor saver in the room.The carpet is so dirty and the shower have problem. The carpet in the room was wet because of the shower problem's. I never recommand this Motel!

Older motel that has been cleaned up and modernized with comfortable beds, furniture and flat screen tv. Bathroom was still in the early 60's but clean. Room is on the small side but after all, it is a road side motel. Brian, the manager was above and beyond accommodating. If you are looking for a clean budget-friendly motel then this is it. If you have champagne taste with beer pockets, don't bother because you will not review this motel favorably. Doesn't have a pool. I know you are on the Cape but after a busy day of touristing it would be nice to sit back for an hour or two by a pool before heading out to dinner.

Convenient location. Reasonable price for the accomodations. Would have preferred a queen size bed, if available, instead of 2 full size beds. Wi-Fi was way too slow to be usable. TV remote did not seem to work and no one on site available to ask after 9:00 p.m.

The location for this hotel was excellent....close to attractions and also pizza, ice cream, and a donut shop were nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. I wish that there had been complimentary coffee in the morning.

The inn was ok. However I will never deal with booking .com again. This service was horrible. I felt trapped and taken advantage of due to my situation. As many people I know I will make a recommendation never to use this service. Very very unsatisfied.
