We loved being in such a historical place in a historical city. Our room was gigantic.
My only dislike was the pillows on the bed, time to replace them!
The bed was too high & I had to use the stairs to get in & out I had to walk up 2 flights to get to my room
Towels and pillows could be fluffier.
Location, breakfast, wi-fi
Narrow stairs to bedroom in Red Cottage
This was our first B&B experience and we were not disappointed.
Very nice. More than what we we're expecting.
friendly staff walking distance to sites
poor wifi in my room breakfast selection - I'm not terribly picky, but it seemed that each selection had an ingredient I didn't care for. I made do, however and the service was just fine.
For a bed and breakfast the room was in a very private location. Loved the feel and ambiance and the fact it was in the historic district . Breakfast, tea and cookies were wonderful!
On the alley so loud when garbarge trucks came by in the morning but did not spoil the stay!!
Milk & Cookies Great breakfasts Awesome location
Loved the staff, the breakfast, wonderful tea and the chocolate chip cookies at night were a delight.
We loved the location and the charm of the B & B. It was our first trip to Savannah and we got the true feeling of old world Savannah. The food was excellent and the courtyard out back with very relaxing. Our room was very neat and clean
Our only negative was the mattress in the Holly Room. It was neither soft or firm but we rolled to the middle and it did hinder getting a good night's sleep
Its a beautiful place and great location. The breakfast wasn't good and didn't have much to choose from. The stairs are to steep for me.
I have stayed at other B & B's and this one wasn't as good as the others. I prefer Eliza Thompson House they give you more extras for your money. Bigger breakfast choices, wine before dinner and snacks after dinner.
We stayed up in the tree top room and loved the view and comfiness of the bed. It was very pleasant.
The shower did not stay hot. It got warm and didn't turn any cold water on, but the water never got cold.
The location is perfect. The city is magic. The hotel is simply stunning. Oldy and chic.
The staff is a bit distant.
room decor and size. afternoon tea. evening cookies. price.
limited breakfast options. it was not clear we could request something basic/different.
The historial aspect of the inn. The breakfast was really good
the bed was a bit hard for my taste, and a reclining chair in the living area would have been nice.
It was interesting sleeping in a old house and tipical one. The neighborhood is beatitiful and historic, but somethig far from downtown area, river, bars and restaurants
The chek in is very late and were not at all flexible in maque it earlier. The room was not very clean and the breakfast very weak. The staff is reasonably friendly. Very expensive for what it offers
Great time in a great accommodation. Staff and room were fantastic. Definitely will be back
The quaintness of the property and the home cooked breakfast.
What luxury! Beautiful accommodation, great food, and an accommodating staff guarantee a great experience. Within walking distance of Forsyth Park and the Riverfront, this place is perfect.
Authentic historic inn with nice furnishings.
Pretty location, but a long walk to the restaurants and shops. The inn had a strong Pine Sol smell.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this inn. It's in a great location. It's within walking distance of Forsyth Park and many of the other squares. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was ok. I appreciated that the air conditioning worked very well. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt it was a good value for the price.
Lacked upscale B&B touches if that's what you are looking for. Bathroom slightly outdated. Metered parking on the street was a pain. They have a system where they will feed the meter for your car if you tell them where you parked. We opted for the parking pass instead.
First experience at a B&B.
Felt that staff was not very friendly and welcoming the evening of my stay. Gentleman was somewhat rude when asked location of ice and soda, since I had not received a tour. The next morning I took the DOT transportation to explore, and the map that was provided in the entryway indicated July and August information, but the map was incorrect and bus stops were different. Details regarding wine and cheese reception and parking had changed from what was provided on website and at confirmation.
Way cooler than staying at a hotel, nice porch to sit on at night. Cool cats walking around
Kind of pricy
Location was great. Very roomy
Food wasn't great.
